How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Slightly smelly travellers, but that goes with the territory of sharing a hostel room. Not the hostel’s fault! Bring your own towel too.
Really good value, good atmosphere in the rooftop pool. Good for meeting fellow travellers. I had one night there before going to airport - perfect for this if you don’t mind sharing a room. Standard slight stinky feet smells from other travellers but very comfy bed and pillow and lockers were great. Loads of nice chill areas too, great for sitting back relaxing or getting some work done. Would definitely go back. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful (I think her name was Kata - sorry if I got that wrong hehe). All in all extremely good!

The aircon wasn’t very strong at night, the room was still warm especially when the curtain was closed. You also can’t swim in the pool cause it’s about 10cm deep, would be good if they had an actual pool.
The beds were private with curtains, everything was really clean and the staff were friendly as well as being close to the beach.

Nice hostel, the beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and the people were nice — Mrs. Maite was really cool and helped me a lot. Thank you! You can relax on the rooftop with a pool while watching planes. I loved it.

This must be the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at. I only stayed for one night as I had an early flight the following day and it was close enough to the airport. I stayed in the female dorm with 6 beds. This could be due to the fact that I stayed there on a Monday night but my stay was peaceful, there wasn't much noise at all. All the facilities, including the bathroom were really clean. The style of the hostel was also pretty cool.

The size of the bed because it's a little small. I thought there was a pool. The pubcrawl is really far away and there wasn't a big effort by the hostel to make socialization easier.
There isn't actually a pool is more like a small outdoor lake 15cm deep. Other than that it's a really cool hostel. The kitchen is one of the best I've been to. The location is not the best for partying, but it's awesome to relax.

I stayed for only 1 night but the hostel was super nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and Cati was a super nice host!!! She helped me with everything I needed and make my stay even more perfect!

No negative comments. Would suggest perhaps a luggage scale, hooks on side of lockers to hand things and a small shelf in pods to place phone, etc at night while sleeping

I ended up booking a night here as I had an early flight and it's close to the airport,and honestly, I had Way More Fun than during an entire week at a 4-star all-inclusive resort! 😅 Facilities are top-notch, the AC works like a dream and the location is unbeatable,walking distance to the airport, beach, shops, and restaurants. The 4th and 5th floors are perfect for meeting other travellers, great vibes and real connections. The rooftop “pool is actually pretty cool too (just, uh, don’t dive in, okay? 😅). Prices are high (hello, peak season), and while a breakfast option would’ve been nice, I’m honestly not complaining,I really liked it! 10/10 from me! And a huge shoutout to 🤍🇦🇷 Cami🩵 at reception,you're an absolute legend girl and a true champion! 🤍🩵 Thanks for making the stay even better!

I was unsure if the locks to doors to the bedrooms were automatic but they had to be shut really hard to lock. We had one issue with one of the storage lockers in the room but the staff resolved it pretty quickly. I wish there were more places to hang/set things in the showers.
Very interesting design and quite beautiful. Lots of common space to meet to make plans with my group. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Specifically Cati helped us get checked in and out our stuff in storage and was super easy to talk to.

Everything was great, clean, nice poeple, good position, close to Airport and beach... Receptionists were great and very helpful ... I arrived late night and Manu welcomed me with no issue at 3am , today Alex was also very helpful with dorm change ! Thanks guys

The lights in the women’s bathroom seemed to have a sensor issue, as they stayed off even while I was inside
