Room cleaning isn't automatic and must be requested 24hrs beforehand. This failed to happen on the 3rd day of our trip. Tea and coffee supplies in the room are very frugal, allowing one cup of coffee per person and with only powdered creamer rather than milk for tea. Extra supplies were provided upon request

The room was very small. We had asked for two beds but our room had only one. We had to wait while the bed was separated and two beds were made up.

The twin beds pushed together keep separating and the pillows were soft. Did manage to get a firmer one from housekeeping but generally pillows are flat

The Lift has a mid of it's own . press the floor you want and reach every floor before the right one. The reception was under high pressure and the wait time was a bit long. Under staffed

Had problems in my room The hotel is great basicaly But I had an air conditioning problems in my room it makes me not sleep at night Maybe it was something that doesn’t reflect all the experience…they tried to fix it it was ok for some time and when i realized that it was not cooling it was too late to change something But in other parameters they was great

The view from my room into a noisy, working courtyard or alleyway below. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Quite difficult to arrange to get the room cleaned and towels changed. Maybe I didn’t figure out the system.

The front desk staff especially Stefan are super helpful. I love the idea of the complimentary snack and drinks offered on the 6th floor in the evening. Really nice touch.

The unbelievable thumping of nightclub music that continues until the wee hours of the morning. If you want to sleep, don't stay here. There are much nicer areas of Copenhagen. This side of town is rough.

At the last minute they were able to accommodate us. The rooms are quite small but they were clean enough.

The Executive Lounge didn't offer as many snacks as we expected - the timing may have had an impact, but with wine and drinks available, we expected more than pots of sweets and some fairly dry croissants.

Fantastic location, for Metro and Central Station, Tivoli Gardens and walkable to all other tourist spots. Executive room was spacious, comfortable and (fantastically) had a bath!

The shower stall was too small for the size of the rain showerhead, so the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor.

The breakfast room, which also served as the lounge during the hotel's renovation, was bright and airy, with complementary snacks and beverages offered each evening. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the hotel's location near the central train station was perfect for getting out of the city as well as being near Tivoli and the city center. The beds were comfortable and the space was small but adequate.

Can be bit noisy, the walls are thin, I woke up in the middle of the night on the sound of someone running in the above floor, but I think this might be an unusual situation. The room can be really warm during the night even with the fan on.

Very central location, close to the main pedestrian shopping street, the central train station and tivoli Gardens. The rooms are spacious, nothing fancy, a bit better than the pictures, functional and offer a comfy stay.
