Excellent Stay in Prague! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Prague. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable and clean rooms to the excellent service. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was ideal at this hotel. The old town square was just 10 minutes away from the tram and the tram station is just beside the hotel. There are many restaurants and fast food restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff are also very good and address your concerns promptly. The break fast was good but could have been better. However, considering the price, it was good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

When I ask in minus 13 for extra duvet and manger instruct reception to say no in 4 stars hotel, it is evident this amateur never heard about Hotelstars Union, which gives certain criteria to deserve them!

As I was on my own I wanted somewhere not off the beaten track, 24 hour reception and with a kettle and fridge... had that and more, breakfast included was a bonus! Very happy for the price paid, the bed was huge and the shower was red hot!

The hotel would benefit from a bit more cleaning and maintenance. There were stains on the carpet and wall. The room where they are serving breakfast was really dirty, so if you want to enjoy your meal don’t look in the corners or on the floors.

Good location a cheap price for 1 night.

The room was HUGE! Way bigger than I expected and as an asian I definitely appreciate the bidet in the toilet. Breakfast spread was pretty nice, not too much but good enough! The hotel is just next to the nearest tram station which is super great. There was a small christmas market right infront of the hotel and also a bigger one just 5-10 min walk away.

The young man in reception when we arrived was lethargic and couldn't care less. I booked a room with twin beds but got a double bed. He didn't care and refused to help. Due to a connecting door with the neighbouring room (locked) we could clearly hear the conversation next door. A half drunk bottle of alcohol was left in the wardrobe when we arrived. The mini fridge smelt strongly of smoked cheese. The shower cubicle was moderately clean.

Good selection for breakfast. Met with two members of staff. One was a lovely young lady who spoke perfect English. Good location for exploring the historic centre of Prague.

There wasnt a double bed in the room as requested, but two separated ones. The mattress was very thin and slippery and we couldnt sleep on it. The room was never cleaned during all stay and the cleaning staff set the "do no disturb" label at the door to avoid cleaning it. Breakfast had no variety and staff never smiled.

The location was very good. The check in in was smooth. Room was spacious and with a good view of the main road.

I booked 2 separate rooms, and my friends had a great stay. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to tram, bus, and metro stations, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the staff was friendly and available 24 hours. After check-out, I appreciated being able to leave luggage for a few hours, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Rooms are outdated and very old even the cabinet which I dont used as it was creepy.

It was OK for me but not very clean , I wouldn't like my wife or mother to stay. But as a solo traveller it was fine

Hotel staff seemed completely indifferent to guests Breakfast was average to poor and there was salad!!! for breakfast but no fruit? Carpet in room was badly stained in both rooms and both shower cubicles were falling apart and leaked. TV was unusable, with no instruction how to get it working
