Downside for guests is lack of parking for hotel guests - I spend over an hour driving around until the spot became available.

The hotel is good value for money - not the first class but the beds very comfortable and nice size of rooms.

How it is possible NOT to have a working WiFi connection in the middle of Prague?! I cannot understand, and dont say "ongoing reconstruction" excuse. If I didnt ask about not working wifi, I woulnt know about alleged "reconstruction", no sign or anything. Only ground floor and breakfast area have a connection. In my room not even a weak signal, no signal on the hallways, only in lounge next to reception. Staff could not help me, it is how it is. Also there was only 2 outlets or sacrifice the fridge.

Good location, accessible by public transportation, taxi or by foot. Staff nice, always there on reception. Breakfast was mediocre but enough, overall cleanliness of room and hotel was fine.

Not sure how this hotel can reach 4 stars( maybe 10 years ago). I would give max 2 stars. The furniture was super old, wifi doesn’t work, bathroom was old broken and extremely tiny walls , so I have privilege to hear every single move from my neighborhoods. Breakfast was worst experiences so far in Prague- dont try the coffee ( rather call it hot water) .

Not a 4 stars hotel, its 3 to 2. Not a value for money option. Price was expensive for its quality. Not so panctual and professional on cleaning and tiding the room

Good location, quiet area, clean, warm hotel, ideal for a short trip get away, to enjoy city center and the city of Prague. Close to metro, tram, bust stops just around the corner to reach any part of the city

The room was extremely cold and we asked several times if we could have the temperature of the room increased .. everyone acted like nothing could have been done....they told us to use an electric heater which didn't look very safe to keep it on for the entire night... and even when we turned it on it was still very cold because the room was big. Also the breakfast room was very cold I have been in this hotel many times but never experienced this cold. Not having proper heating in November in Prague is a bit of a shame..

It was extremely dirty. Spider webs above the bed and dust on the wardrobes. Definitely had some doubts about the glasses and how they were cleaned. Furniture was old and broken.

Although the room is clean, but it seem to be old. When I lay down on the bed, the frame will have some noise. The door is a bit hard to open and close. We don't have dust bin at the first day stay. However, they give us one asap.

All the staffs are very kind and willing to help. The reception staffs use Google map to help us find laundry shop and post office. The room is clean, and all facilities is working well. The location of hotel is very convenient, it close to the bus stop and underground.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Paid for a deluxe double room and got two single mattresses pushed together. Couldn't even have breakfast as there was never any room when we went downstairs and couldn't book a slot. Hotel was very dated. Shower head with no fitting. Wouldn't recommend to anyone or book again.

The noisy elevator. Avoid the rooms which are right beside the elevator, the noise it’s so annoying. Also, since the building it’s quite old with very old windows and no mosquito net during warmer months you cannot open them to let in some fresh air.

The location. Right beside the hotel there are both a subway and a tram station from where you can easily get to all Prague attractions.

Faulty Air-conditioning. For our 3 nights stay, the AC did not function despite our complaints. The AC in room 501 is bad

Tiles on the bathroom floor were loose. Shower head did NOT have holder above the shower. Only below Taps. Which meant , you had to get an elevator 6 floors down for a smoke . I booked this hotel because of the picture they posted of breakfast..... And honestly, it was a million miles off. Breakfast was cold and rolls tasted disgusting... Air conditioning was broken ... A fan was supplied........ Although, I reckon he part of the act...
