Positive section of review
I actually liked everything with my staying here, so much that I extended plenty of times and even came back a second time during my trip. All the staff were very kind and helpful and the lady in the kitchen made perfect eggs for breakfast. The toilets och showers was always clean and you could tell that they were cleaning it 3 times a day at least. Rooms and beds were very comfortable, I would stay here again. Thank you!!

Everything. The room was great (sea view deluxe) clean, extremely nice reception and staff throughout. I even extended my stay here and plan to return in a few days after Koh Chang.

Fine for a one night stay would not stay longer or return. Main pool area is nice. Staff helpful and understanding and offered free breakfast due to room issues.

Unfortunately we had to change room as there were bugs/eggs in the bed sheets as well as lots of ants all over the place. The first room was not well maintained at all walls were covered in stains, cigarettes in the small pool and overall not very clean. Our new room was in better shape but the AC unit leaked water all over the kitchen floor. The rooms could really do with a deep clean/maintenance.

The personnel was nice and kind. Howe ver after accepting my 10 min of delay for the check out, they start calling the room to ask me to check out. Being on a family room with 3 single beds I am not sure that our check out was urgent. As our flight was in the end of the day I asked to be given some space to open and arrange my luggage and change clothes before heading to the airport. I was told that I needed to change in the bathroom and after declining I was sent in a less sweet way to a corner of the reception to open my bags on the floor. The last part of my stay just changed all the initial good impression.
