This was a late night, last minute booking and the hotel delivered. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Restaurants and the train station nearby (main train station, NOT west or North stations).

Room is small for 6 people, barely enough space if full. Chinese toilet and freezing. If visiting in winter, there is no heater, just a split on the wall . Common area freezing as well

Jerry was a great host, always nice and helpful. He helped us with the trasfer to Yangshuo. Furthermore, he speaks really good English, Good continental breakfast. There is a laundry in the hotel. Huge rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Located 10 minutes walking from the city center

The shower could do with a curtain so the whole bathroom doesn’t get sprayed, but that’s very minor.

Really nice and comfortable room, hot shower, great air conditioning, staff were incredibly helpful and kind with tips on what to do and how to get around places, as well as great English. Location is fantastic - walking distance to Guilin railway station. There’s also a vegetarian buffet which the staff recommend which is totally worth it. Would 100% recommend staying here, it’s perfect and fantastic value for money.

The room is very clean with all the amenities. The hotel is located near the city centre. The staff is amazing, very friendly and they helped us to organise a tour. At the reception there are loads of info regarding the area. There is also a cafeteria. Highly recommend.

The bedside table light wasn’t working. The location was a little hard to find and isn’t exactly on the center but the taxis/didi’s are so cheap that it doesn’t really matter.

The staff was always very helpful and available to facilitate things for us. We felt very welcomed and the room was nice and clean for the price we paid. Good value for the money :)

Jerry was very helpfull. He contacted me straight away after the booking was made. He reserved a driver for my pick up and gave me useful advices for the activities I wanted to do in Guilin. The room was clean, with decent forniture. Considering the money paid..the overall experience was beyond my expectations.

The location was really good, staffs were nice. We booked a family room for 4 adults and a 6 year old kid, the bed room was in a good size and clean. We were able to walk to the elephant park from the hotel. The Guilin mi fen (near the hotel) that the receptionist recommend was really nice and good value. Thanks 😊

Jerry was simply the best host in town, the guy simply arranged everything, tours are fair price, drinks at place are completely reasonable and the better thing, he offered us a better room for the same price. The bed was amazing and comfortable, the room was clean and big, we had all amenities provided by them, air cond and hot water. Very well structured property and as well Jerry, the day shift man, and the eve/night girl were so helpful in all points. Very well recommended.
