Nothing you can complain about for the price. Just the curtains of the bathroom had an excessive amount of what seemed like blood, maybe that can be changed or cleaned.

It's a cheap hotel, so you don't get luxury which is to be expected. The staff was nice, and really tried with English. There's a breakfast of some slices of toast and some coffee for around 30 RMB. There's also nice places around for under 10, so it's really your choice what you like. You can walk in about half an hour to some main tourist spots. They help with taxis and tours etc. I noticed in my taxi to yangshuo that I paid 50 and everyone else was paying only 40, not sure if that's charge from the hotel or a foreigner charge from the driver ;) They gave toiletries and towels.

This was a fantastic stay! The host communicated with me in advance and was incredibly helpful. They even accepted a package on my behalf and delivered it to the room, which was amazing. The staff spoke excellent English, which is rare in China, and made communication very easy. The location was great, surrounded by various cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious and bright, and there was an elevator, so carrying luggage was no problem. They also helped organize tours, but it's important to clarify details beforehand. For example, the trip to the Guilin mountains was just a transfer, which was great, while the tour to the Rice Terraces was a full excursion but conducted in Chinese, making it hard to understand. It’s useful for transportation, but keep in mind the language barrier for the tour itself.

The personal at the reception is extremely kind and helpfull and speaks English very well. They've helped me to set up the wifi on my phone, help with local bus info and tourist point to see. I felt very comfortable and this place it really worth its price. I would certainly book it again.

Perfect location, walking distance to railway station ( the one located in downtown). Rooms are super big and well equipped. Coffee they have is great and much cheaper compared to other coffee shops in china. They speak very good English. 20 mins walking to night market and pagodas, which make it very convenient.

Nice comfortable hotel. Hospitable and helpful administrator. He asked all my questions about local sightseeings, helped us to call the taxi. Big clean comfortable room. You can ask to use machine and drier for a little additional payment. Free storage room for luggage. Microwave oven. Hot water. Teapot in the room. Also good location - 15-20 minutes by feet to the river.

You can smell a bit of moist in the rooms, but the air-condition resolves this.

Great great little hotel in the center of Guilin, very close to the main train station. The hotel is very easy to find. The staff has an excellent knowledge of English, which is very helpful in China where a lot of people don't speak this language. The check-in process is smooth, the rooms are clean with all the necessary toiletries and towels. The breakfast for 4 eur was OK, nothing special - you get 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, tost and butter. And a great coffee. For us, this was OK.

Overall very good value for price and super helpful staff that went beyond to organize us a booked out cruise to Yuanshuo.

The girl in reception spoke very good English, and was really helpful with extra requests and bookings. The room/bathroom very clean and comfy, with very soft sheets, great location and very silent at night.
