I wish the room air conditioning allowed for more manual control. It wouldn’t allow us to make the room cool enough at times.

The location was perfectly situated in the walking/shopping district, close to both train stations.

No water in bathroom happened twice, needed to contact reception and wait for 10-15 minutes! Terrible!

The curtains were coming off the curtain rail and I called reception to ask for someone to come and fix them as they were hard to close. Nobody came and in the end I held them together with a hair clip!

It was an amazing stay. The room, the facilities, the breakfast, the service, everything was great. But most importantly, the staff here have such a kind heart. My family and I were in a very difficult situation when we arrived at the hotel late night because of the disruptions in our travel. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and supportive and went extra mile to help us, even though they don’t have to. They saved my day, big credit to them. To those who are considering this place, rest assured you will be in good hands as the staff here are truly kind and want people to have the best time.

service was not as good as it should have been. they were friendly, however did not address any of my concerns or issues. our AC was broken and they refused to address it, they said well just open a window.

We booked 3 rooms of the same category but upon reaching found out that all 3 rooms were of different category and 1 of them was extremely small. There was no room service and had to go to the reception to even get a spoon.

Room 330 too small. Bathroom sink system spills water all over. No safety bar(s) in slippery tub/shower. Probably a good hotel for your groups but HEY CEO and partner should try to spend a few nights in room 330.

Nice little hotel in the centre. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Sat on there with my coffee shaking with cold but was determined to use it. Would like to come back for a longer stay.

I requested twice they repair the magnifying mirror in the bathroom that did not turn on and was loose. Was NOT repaired during our stay.

The property is modern, clean and in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and kind especially ALINA, PATRIZIA AND FLORENA(bar tender from Italy). The food is incredibly good at the hotel restaurant.

Everything… just sorry we couldn’t stay longer. The restaurant and lounge looked great and we really enjoyed our included breakfast. We totally took advantage of the luggage storage at both ends of our overnight.

The property was hideous. It looked nothing like the photos. There’s no way to have cleaned the chair or the bed throw. Empty spaces that had no use and slanted walls with what looked like cubbies. The bathroom shower was a disaster. It was hard to adjust the temp from either super hot to super cold. It was the worse hotel of our stay in Switzerland. Don’t be fooled by the photos. The room would heat up so much at night that we were sweating. The mattress was inclined and not flat. I would not recommend it’s rated as a four star hotel but we stayed at others with the same rating and price. Believe me, they were so much better
