The décor could seriously do with updating.

Location is very good. It is walking distance to the beaches and shops etc. The room was very spacious with separate sitting area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It was clean. Staff were very helpful.

Great value for money, central position with free parking and within walking distance from Stanley park, Canada place and Gastown. Very spacious apartment with comfortable sofa and bed. We enjoyed the view from the 9th floor do much that we decided to extend our stay there before leaving for Vancouver Island, rather than moving closer to the ferry terminal

We had four units. All of them showed wear but were clean. No air conditioning - but we knew this in advance.

Location was excellent. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. We had a communication issue with one person concerning mode of payment but that was resolved before checkout.

It was what we expected after reading reviews. This place is very worn. Balcony was only about two feet wide.

Location and on-site above ground free parking. Public transit is on Robson St. Busses ran every 15 minutes. Easy access to the sky train. Good restaurants in the area and a store on the same block for bread, milk etc. Sliding door and bedroom window opened for fresh air.

Didn't use kitchen at all due to it being so old, and a bit unkempt. Lounge was also a sofa bed so not overly comfy as a lounge, lucky we didn't need the sofa bed!!

Pleasantly surprised after reading reviews. It is what it is - an old hotel that hasn't had any upgrades & prob waiting to get knocked down.

Central position, all main things to do and see were within walking reach. Free parking. 24hr surveillance. We had an entire apartment, so a lot of space for us. Comfortable bed and sofa. View from the 9th floor was great

As other reviews said, it is very dated and worn out. More than I expected. To the point it felt dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a tired property with outdated furnishings and decor, but that's what keeps the prices low so we are OK with that.

We had a spacious suite with an amazing view of Coal Harbor and downtown. We loved the free parking and the downtown location. Also, the sliding door that allowed fresh air in the room was great! The couch was very comfortable, as was the bed.

The place needs a coat of paint, new carpeting, almost did a header on the indoor/outdoor carpet, it was soo loose. It smells.

The room has not been updated in decades. The floor was uneven. The rug was extremely old and stained. I did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The elevator was old and a bit scary.

The whole place is very dated. It’s stuck in the 1970s. And there is no fan in the room so I had to beg to use one from the front desk. The windows don’t have screens so leaving the windows open allow pigeons in.

Location was great. Views were really nice. Owner was super nice.
