“Difficult to make a fair assessment. We used the resort as a place to sleep, preparing our own meals occasionally and eating in Banff itself.
Plenty of room in the apartment. Reasonable facilities.
Tbh, it was expensive for how we used it, but it is an expensive area for accommodation.
Overall I’d be happy to stay there again.”
“We booked a one bedroom king suite, for two parents and a teenager. The suite was well equipped, and if there had only been two of us the room would have been great. The king bed was very comfortable.”
“It was a nice apartment, big enough to accommodate five people without any stress. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable. We received a bus ticket to use to get to downtown. At the back of the property is just nature, which is really nice, we saw bunch of animals. The soap was from Rocky Mountain and really good.”
“There is no breakfast, but it is nice that each day you can order coffee/tea/milk and make it in the condo. The kitchen is well equipped. The hotel provides bus tickets, which is very helpful.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
