Nitpicking here. Maybe the price is more than I usually pay.

The 80s to early 90s decor and electronic/electric items. It felt like I was transported to that time period. It's got a swimming pool and old gym equipment. Staff was very helpful with all my questions about the city.

Walking distance to the city centre. All staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered late checkout while waiting for my flight.

Limited breakfast choices The smell of the room, maybe bec of the moisture in the carpet? Its not disgusting but it gets to your senses... but mind you, the room is clean and they clean everyday

There's no obvious entrance sign and surprisingly no botol mineral water and instant coffee or tea provided. And also there's no soap only shampoo and shower caps.

The room is quite spacious and clean. The internet line is good. I also like the location that it's not really at the center of the city but it's very close that you can walk and enjoy the scenery and the pasar malam is only 5 minits walk.

Once you stepped in the lobby you will smell mouldy seem liked the property wasn't used awhile. The room was clean but dull and not enough light. It looks more like haunted house than hotel.

There were some random people which i believe are not staying at the hotel knocking every room. I hope the security is alerted on this matter.

I like the uniqueness of the hotel,the service personnel and the location. The landmark is just nearby not the least the food they served.

The staff were lovely and it had a family run vibe. They were very kind and very polite. The food was really nice, I ate there every morning for breakfast and a couple of meals later in the day. It’s located near to a lot of the things to do which was great!

Almost too quiet, even the monitor lizard that came to the pool was quiet (in truth it’s lovely I would stay again) great value for money / tremakarsi

The staff are very polite and quiet, I was jet lagged and on my own so a little bit out of sorts. As there were not many other guests it was very quiet … it’s eerie but the staff like all Bruneian’s are fairly conservative but adoringly kind and respectful, thank you

The facility it's quite old fashion and outdated compared to others , and I don't like the aisle choice of lighting it's so dim , and toilet door needs maintenance and please change the TV it feels like I'm still in 90's.

Reception and restaurant area had a musty smell. Television signal poor and then stopped altogether after 3rd day.

Ideal location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee makings and bottled water provided each day. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Nice pool area. Decent wifi reception.

The TV was one old one and did not functioned when I tried to turn it on. The width of the room was relatively narrow and left the bed stuck to one of the walls, not allowing access to the bed from one side.

The location was satisfactory because the street that reaches the waterfront is strait ahead of the front door of the hotel and just about 500 meters from the waterfront. This could be considered relatively positive because because this area was quieter. People from the front desk and cleanliness were friendly.

They don't provide water in the room or have a water dispenser for the guests, only overpriced bottles of water at the bar.

The room is comfortable and spacious. The shower is strong. There's a selection of pillows, for all tastes. The swimming pool is a great touch.

Dated hotel with moldy scent. Only 2 TV channels. Booked 3 rooms, one room bath tub has yellow stain. Exceptional noisy hair dryer.

Location is near to where we wanted. Tasty fried noodle for breakfast. Lunch is not bad too. Good value for money. Kettle in room. Nostalgic 70s setting. For one night, pleasant stay. Wifi signal is OK.
