Halifax is a vibrant city with a lot to see and do.
Halifax is a vibrant city with a lot to see and do. We were there on a Saturday and were able to enjoy the waterfront. There were many vendors there selling various items like jewelry and handmade things. A must see is the Alexander Keith's brewery, where they have a Saturday morning market.Guest review byEveCanada - 10.0

One of the best things in town was the Alexander Graham Bell Museum. It was free too. It was full of fascinating history and information. We also enjoyed visiting the market that was open that weekend. The lighthouse is visible but not accessible. The downtown area was convenient for shopping and restaurants.Guest review byCharleneUnited States - 10.0
Truro is a charming town.
Truro is a charming town. It was just what we liked, the pace was relaxed and we had access to all the amenities we needed. We dined at the N & C. Which we enjoyed very much. It was so lovely taking a morning walk in Victoria park which is close to Abide Within B&B where we stayed upon arrival and departure to Truro. Excellent service and great ambiance. Our overall experience was excellent. Thank you!Guest review byMillyCanada - 8.0

When I left (For the second year running) there are no facilities to obtain refreshments if you have a long wait. (I arrived because of check out time 11:30 and the flight did not leave until 16:45) That is a long wait without the ablitly to have some refreshments.Guest review byAnthonyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
I arrived from the UK around midday at airport.
I arrived from the UK around midday at airport. Called for courtesy bus which arrived quickly. Arrived at hotel around 1pm expecting to have to wait for room. I was able to get into my room right away , which was great as I had been travelling for approximately 16 hours and was tired. Had a quick meal in restaurant which was very good. My family arrived a few hours later and we had a nice meal in the hotel. My grandchildren loved the pool. Will definitely visit again.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Lunenburg is a good location and cute town to explore the mid-eastern area of Nova Scotia. One day we kayaked with Pleasant Kayaking, which was a 15 minute drive. It is a highlight of our trip. The town of Mahone Bay is nice too.Guest review byPatriciaUnited States - 10.0
