The Shrine of Ste Anne de Beaupré was our main attraction.
The Shrine of Ste Anne de Beaupré was our main attraction. It is a beautiful church and known for its miracles! The town of Beaupré was quaint, with cute shops to buy souvenirs, and good restaurants!Guest review byTeresa - 8.0
Beautiful place.
Beautiful place. We can see the cathedral in front and the st Laurence river in back. Would have preferred a room facing the river instead of one facing the parking lot. The room was quiet. We stayed only one night as our Congress was the next morning. If it hadn’t been for the Congress would have slept in later! The bed was very confortableGuest review byMartineCanada - 10.0

I loved the greenery and the tranquility of the neighborhood. Access to the neighborhood is very easy. Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Canyon Sainte-Anne, l'Île-d'Orléans are near. We advise you to go to the restaurant La Grange Brasserie italienne where the service and food are amazing!!!! If you want to eat a great ice cream with Monna & filles. The only thing that's a bit difficult is walking; there aren't any wide sidewalks. You have to be very careful with passing cars.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
Nice and quiet place for nature lovers.
Nice and quiet place for nature lovers. Ideal for skiers and hikers, but not much to do after (the ski station is not like Saint Sauveur or Mont Tremblant, you won't have the "après-ski" experience here).Guest review byBoglarkaUnited States - 6.0
The reason justifying a trip to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré is...
The reason justifying a trip to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré is first and foremost a visit to the shrine and basilica. I went there to do a weekend retreat and and the sanctuary does have chapels where one can retire to contemplate and meditate. But if you are looking for entertainment and activities, beware! The village feels a little rough round the edges and many properties look unkempt. That being said there’s a magnificent jetty that’s just been built where one can walk and get to admire the St. Lawrence river in all of its majesty. Not to be missed. To sum it up: Thumbs up but combined with a visit to Quebec City.Guest review byMichel SaulnierCanada - 10.0

We wished to explore our ancesteal roots in the area of Ile d'Orleans so our stay at the Auberge Baker in Chateau Richer was a great choice. The drive to either Quebec or Ile d'Orleans was under 30 minutes with good roads to drive on. We also toured Baie St Paul in Charlevoix, about 45 minutes north east as well as the Basilica in Ste. Anne de Beaupre. A great area to explore...a wonderful Auberge...Merci Quebec! 😎👍😀Guest review byJackieCanada - 8.0
We stayed in Beaupre in the early Fall.
We stayed in Beaupre in the early Fall. Our group consisted of six seniors - brothers, sisters, in-laws. We used Beaupre as a base camp for exploring Quebec City, sites along the Beaupre Coast, and Ile d'Orleans. Our Beaupre Chalet gave us a lovely space to visit with each other. We spent 2 days in Old Quebec, 1 day on Ile d'Orleans, 1 day chasing down ancestors in Chateau-Richer, and 1 day taking in larger panoramic sights. It was only 35 minutes to a parking space in Old Quebec. It was half the cost of staying in the city and it gave us room and rooms to visit.Guest review byPaulUnited States - 10.0
When I first started looking for accommodations for my trip,...
When I first started looking for accommodations for my trip, I was looking for a cozy, quiet, and unique accommodation close to Mont St. Anne. Well, this place delivered and exceeded my expectations. The chalet is characterized by original wooden beams, rustic decor, with modern amenities, such as stand-up shower, t.v, wifi, and Nespresso machine. The number of rooms are limited, which made the stay feel more private; however, there is also a common area for guests to mingle too. A wonderful restaurant is located on the main level. I am already looking forward to booking my next trip here again!Guest review byLeah FultonCanada
