The water was hot and bed comfy. Breakfast very good. Great location. Lady was very pleasant . Would be good to have a sign that says park here for Instow Barton :)

Scott and Alistair have been amazing hosts and their recommendations super useful. Their place is incredible and an invitation to unwind. The breakfast is exceptional. We'll definitely stay there again.
