United StatesThey were so helpful in allowing me to drop off my bags when I arrived on a morning train at Union Station. And it was a perfect place to stay for my brief stop in LA. The staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel itself is super nice! I hope to stay there again sometime.

Masuma was incredibly kind, helpful, friendly and welcoming. i would hope to book again when coming back to LA.
