Plan to spend your whole day there. great for families. beautiful views. great places for pictures. the kids will have a blast and probably wear out the adults. wear good walking shoes, you will need them. LOVE Anakeesta!
LOVE Anakeesta! Kid friendly, some little shops, zip line, mountain coaster. Treetop skywalk. They are building new things up there. Astra Lumina is a must see but does require a separate ticket. Be sure to visit Willow Man.Guest review bycindyUnited States - 10.0

Go at 8:00pm and you get to see lights, ticket is also good for next day. You will stand in line for at least 1 1/2 hrs befor getting on chair lifts. Either get there at 8:3am or wait till about 4:00pm. Park is nice but food is very expensive, take snacks and buy the drink. Roller coasters can not be viewed from the park area. May have been on of our favorite things to do in Gatlinburg. The view is breathtaking! Love the ride up, and the ride down. The Walk Among the Trees was beautiful! The view up top was gorgeous! Loved the shops, snacks and beverages too! Its next to the Aquarium and across the street from Anakeesta. The entire town is easily walkable from here. It is also very comfortable, and provides a guaranteed lot to park your car. Its a great place to come into to stay in town, and only need to drive if you are heading out of town. Getting to the Great Smokeys is just a few minute drive out of town.
