The hotel seemed newly built very modern. It was clean & staff were nice. The hotel is in a plaza with a few stores right next door & a supermarket up the street.

Clean and good location. The hotel is in between construction. 4 options of identical breakfast, 3 days without WIFI or TV. Extremely unfriendly staff, not willing to assist with anything, before you ask for anything they are already walking away and saying no. The service and unfriendliness is the worst I have ever experienced, bear in mind they are supposed to be in service business. Zero concept of service. You must be prepared not to ask any question or need anything from them.

The community is a safe and gated area, and the rooms are of good size. Each room includes a mini refrigerator, air conditioning, and a TV. Netflix is accessible for entertainment, and there's a fully equipped kitchen available for use. There's a Super Lama grocery store just a 5-minute walk away, and Bavaro Beach, which has private access, is about a 30-minute walk from the property. The owner, Anna, responds promptly on WhatsApp, making communication easy. Check-in was easy. Supervisor Pepe is very kind, helpful, and attentive. Pepe helped to book our tours to Santo Domingo and Saona Island and the price for the tour we felt was very reasonable. Overall, considering the price, this place offers great value.
