The reception guys were so great, the waiters at the restaurant of the hotel are very friendly. English speakers which is not that common in Dominican Republic. Food is nice and the hotel itself is like in the middle of paradise. Very private and chill. The rooms are very good and quiet. Would definitely recommend to stay here, fair price in my opinion for the stay and the services (Jakuzi and meals). They even have like a small garage and helped us with our car which had a problem. Amazing staff members and place. Thank you so much 🙏🏼🫶

The property was in good condition. The atmosphere was fantastic where we were able to get in touch with nature. The location was quiet and very relaxing.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Franky, the owner, was very attentive and provided fantastic service. The hotel is located in the heart of the colonial zone where everything is within a short walking distance.

Located in Punta Cana, a few steps from Macao Beach, Selectum Hacienda Punta Cana has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Loved the view of the ocean and the waves. Breakfast was delightful. Sam the manager was very kind and welcoming.

The hospitality is next level, the staff is so friendly and kind. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. And the hotel is a quiet place i didn't hear any loud people making noise. Very good place to be . By the way I forgot my ID over there thay call me on whatsapp to tell that I had left my ID behind. Honest people really a very good staff they didn’t even want to take the tips i was given them and still provided a very professional welcoming Thank you guys i will be back for sure.
