Enter from a shared concrete path that leads to all units. You enter the space from a private metal gate that opens up into a private courtyard where the main entry consist of a sliding patio door. This property front North facing patio is shaded during the hot summer days. The patio door opens to the KLD (kitchen living dining) area with a central prep island that also accommodates as a dining table. The plywood cabinets accompanied by the steel staircase and polished concrete floors co-exist as the modern trifecta. Sleek lines of the stairwell lead you up to the 2nd floor where you will find the bed area with clerestory widows opening up toward the sky.
