The Schmittenhof is a 4-star hotel at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe, right next to the ski slopes and just 300 metres from the cable car. All rooms have a furnished balcony overlooking Lake Zell or the mountains. The bright and elegant non-smoking rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV, a safe, and a bathroom with bathrobes, hairdryer, and make-up mirror. Hotel Der Schmittenhof’s Mediterranean-style spa area includes several saunas and a herbal steam bath. Guests can use it on weekdays. The centre of Zell am See can be reached in a 15-minute walk. From mid-May to mid-October, the Zell am See-Kaprun summer card is included in the rates. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of the cable cars.
