We really loved staying at the hotel. The staff made us feel so very welcome! personal approach everyday as it seems to be a small team of staff! Laughed with the glass of ice question/joke😉 No question was to much to be answered! Thank you so much for making our holliday so fun! We deff. will come back some day!

We like the location since it is very near Heathrow airport. There’s even a hotel shuttle (with minimal charge) that brings you to and from the airport. The hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable. Dominic and Girlie accommodated our luggage in the stock room for a few days since we are going first to Copenhagen and will be back in London to stay in Holiday Inn hotel again. Amazing service! Thank you Dominic and Girlie.

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 is directly connected to Terminal 4 via a covered link-bridge which is now open at Heathrow Terminal 4.

Excellent location for T4, very comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. We had an evening meal, which was also very good.

Set in 11 acres of grounds, 8 miles from Heathrow, Holiday Inn London-Shepperton has full leisure facilities, a bar, a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk.

Very comfortable. The Staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food fine but sitting in an empty restaurant is a little bizarre. A very pleasant hotel to spend the night and obviously a place from which would be able to explore the very interesting surrounding area.

With a scenic waterfront setting, Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock is a 5-minute walk from Syon Park. Kew Gardens is 2.7 km away from the property.

Lovely hotel and staff, breakfast was really good, what impressed us in the bathroom was a note to say if a guest forgot any toiletries the hotel would provide some, We never experienced that before apart from the complimentary ones, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Customer service excellent. We were offered longer than we paid on parking (an extra half day) and the room was very comfortable.
