This is a very practical property. Delivers everything for a guest’s needs. Breakfast is good. The people are friendly. I will definitely go back. I stayed there for 10 days and it was a great choice.

Loved everything about the place, room was fabulous, staff where so friendly, & breakfast was amazing. We did a trip up to London City centre, the U3 bus stoo is outside the hotel that brings you to t2 in Heathrow where you can get the tube directly into the city, so easy

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 is directly connected to Terminal 4 via a covered link-bridge which is now open at Heathrow Terminal 4.

Ideal location for airport stopover - very short walk from T4. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Good value for money. Great transport links for onward travel. Would stay again.

Everything was fine except for the first two days in my kids’ room. It was not a twin-bed room, even though I have two children over 20 years old. We were given a double-bed room, which was impractical. After two days, the kids were moved to another room with twin beds and better air conditioning. Initially, they were staying on the first floor with no elevator, but later they were relocated downstairs with us. The supervisor, I believe her name was Somya, was extremely helpful. She also offered us all a complimentary breakfast. She was very supportive, attentive, and entertaining throughout our stay.

With a scenic waterfront setting, Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock is a 5-minute walk from Syon Park. Kew Gardens is 2.7 km away from the property.

Room was in pristine condition, bed was very comfortable. For me the highlight was the level of service from the staff here, honorable mention to Zubair who was incredibly helpful and kind. Thoroughly impressed yet again.

The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful and the size of the room was quite good compared to other hotels in London we stayed in. It is super close to underground and bus stations. Also, it was very clean which is a super important thing for me.
