We loved Carowinds had a wonderful time.
We loved Carowinds had a wonderful time. The art museum was very educational. There is so many places to eat. We settled on Olive Garden. We also went to Stars and Strikes, very family friendly outing. The crime in Charlotte is horrible though. A couple of cars got broken into at the hotel in which we stayed and we were right beside the outlets in a nice neighborhood, so just be aware. A nice area to live or visit a lot of attractions a lot of places to go a lot of things to do. Nice food. Customer Service could’ve been a lot earlier construction was a little distraction. Lemonade was not good at all at the front desk. Bitter cookies were always good at the Doubletree. We didn’t have tissue in our room. I liked Charlotte, it was clean, without the smell of marijuana, there were almost no homeless people and the corresponding stench, so I am very happy with the trip. I recommend NASCAR, Billy Graham Library, Amélie's French Bakery & Café, walking around the center, the amazingly beautiful First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte, museums. Charlotte has some of the most hospitable people. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The skies were blue and trees abound. We went to a nightclub that was clean, organized, a bit pricey ($30 for cover fee) and all of the Ubers were timely and accommodating.Guest review byAshleyRose - 8.0

Whoever planned out the stadium area should be forced to go to a sold out concert with paid parking in the parking garage outside the stadium. I hope they get stuck in concert traffic the next time they are trying to run an errand in down town Charlotte. See the picture below? That was at 6:34. We made it to the garage over an hour later.
