Having stayed at hundreds of hotels worldwide, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service from staff at every level. Our room offers breathtaking views over all of Positano - truly the best location to stay here. As an investor in premium hospitality, I can recognize outstanding operations when I see them. The hotel restaurant, pool, and bar all exceed expectations. The attention to detail and service quality feels like a solid 5-star experience, not 4-star. Hotel Poseidon sets the standard for Positano hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positano is a very charming town.

Positano is a very charming town. It is crowded, but the villa fortuna was a great place to run away from all the chaos and relax at our outside jacuzzi. We had dinner at savinos, and it was far the most best Italian food we’ve ever had. The villa is a great place to stay. many restaurant’s and a short walk down to the beach. Highly recommeneded

Beautiful location and so picturesque. Incredibly expensive compared to the rest of Italy but I expected that. Coming from Australia doesn’t help with the exchange rate. As long as you are prepared for the expense don’t miss visiting this beautiful location.

Positano was amazing! There were beautiful views all around. There was so much to do in Positano and the neighboring towns, I felt that 4 nights were not enough! It is quite pricey compared to other parts of Italy, but to me it was worth it.

Positano is not convenient for people with disabilities.

Positano is not convenient for people with disabilities. You need to pay attention to the location of the apartment and whether it can be reached by car. Otherwise, it is not at all pleasant to carry luggage up the stairs and there are a lot of stairs. In general, Positano is very expensive and it is worth considering staying in Sorrento or another place nearby and arriving by ferry for a day's entertainment.

If you don’t like stairs and you’re out of shape, this is not the place for you to vacation. Lots of touristy shops. Loved the limoncello making class. I’d stay away in July and August when it’s so crowded and so hot.

    Positano is alive and buzzing.

Positano is alive and buzzing. It crowds and energy is not your thing and steps Positano is not for you. But if you're young or young at heart like we are it's definitely a destination not to be missed. There are boat rides to Amalfi, Capri, Sorrento and much more, Lemon grove tours, shopping, eating, lounging with a spritz, beach time. Lots to do or simply sipping on a spritz relaxing on the beach.

The moment you step in you’ll be wowed by the ambiance and decor of the hotel. They have a million dollar view of positano, and best ever staff. huge thank you to Dario and Paolo at the main desk who were so attentive and accommodating to all my needs. They also help me get around / arrange taxi transfers at short notice. I feel so welcomed and relaxed.
