My family and I made reservations, my son paid for his up front. We got there around 9 pm and were chatting in the front of the building door and some strange numbers had tried calling us. We did not answer and proceeded inside. They have a quick check in and I was able to pull up my reservation but it wouldn’t let me check in. The man at the counter had given our rooms away to “workers”in the area and we weren’t the only ones. We had children with us as well and had drive over an hour and a half. It took us until 10:30 to find a place to stay. Would never recommend.
