We had to leave at 4.00am to catch a flight. We were kindly given a tray of breakfast in our room the night before. There was a lovely roof terrace off our room with really comfortable seating that we were not expecting. The girl who greeted us and looked after us was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

Perfection location just outside the city center. Staff was amazing. Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!

Palazzo Martellini Residenza d'epoca ligger i centrala Florens, nära Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Strozzi och Santa Maria Novella. Beautiful apartment located in the great Santo Spirito section of Florence, which is less touristy. Georgio and his staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, 100%.

Villa del Sole Siena har utsikt över den historiska stadskärnan i Siena och ligger bara 300 meter från torget Piazza del Campo och Mangia-tornet. Det finns gratis Wi-Fi i alla utrymmen. Everything :) Nice and skilled receptionist and all staffs in this hotel, best location, amazing view, breakfast is wonderful and yummy:)

We stayed in room 8, which was really beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and shower gel. We were especially impressed with the breakfast – the choice was great, as we could order exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered directly to our room. We had options for both sweet and savory dishes, yogurt, cereal, croissants... The location is also excellent, close to the train station and the city center, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, this is a perfect place for a relaxing stay in the city. Highly recommended!

Forte16 View & SPA ligger i Florens, 18 minuters promenad från Piazza della Signoria och 1,4 km från Santa Maria del Fiore-katedralen, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, en trädgård med en terrass,... Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The AC was lovely in 39 degrees celcius. The breakfast good and not too expensive.
