Hello Firefox Support Team,

I am writing to report a website compatibility issue that appears to be specific to Firefox on Apple devices. Issue Description My [based website] is not loading or opening properly when accessed through Firefox on Apple devices (Mac computers and iPhones). However, the same website works perfectly fine on:

1. Windows desktop computers using Firefox 2. Android phones using Firefox 3. Other browsers on all platforms

Technical Details:

Affected Platforms: macOS and iOS devices Browser: Firefox for Mac and Firefox for iOS Website: www.rizzlovers.com Issue: Website fails to load/open completely

Steps I've Taken I have tested the website across multiple platforms and browsers to isolate the issue, and it consistently occurs only with Firefox on Apple devices.

So Could you please investigate this compatibility issue? This appears to be a browser-specific problem affecting Apple device users, which impacts a significant portion of my website's audience.

I would appreciate any guidance on:

1. Whether this is a known issue 2. Potential workarounds for users 3. Timeline for a possible fix 4. Any specific coding practices I should implement to ensure better compatibility

When utilizing the search bar suggestion completion feature as highlighted in the attached image, the keyboard will minimize instantly. upon trying to type again, the keyboard will then minimize a second time after inputting 1 or 2 additional characters. is there a way to prevent this action from occurring? i have tried to reinstall the application from the app store but the behavior keeps happening. Thanks!

I’m reaching out because I’ve noticed some performance and connectivity problems when browsing my website, especially on the Trimless Lights page: https://perlglow.com/trimless-lights/ The site is built on Squarespace and focuses on modern lighting solutions. While it works fine on some browsers, Firefox sometimes feels slow or has trouble loading certain elements on this page.

Could you please help me understand if there’s anything I can do to improve performance and ensure smooth connectivity for Firefox users?

Neither my browser options in Settings list Firefox and I’m not given the ability to add it. Similarly, even though I have Firefox installed on my phone, Gmail won’t let me use Firefox when I click on a link in an email (interestingly enough, as of about 10 days ago, it won’t let me use Safari either, which is my default browser, and I didn’t update or change ANYTHING on my phone, settings, Gmail app, or anything else! I tried everything I could think of to fix this weird bug (I was a programmer analyst for a long time so I’m not completely clueless) but nothing worked. I called Apple Support and they ran all of their software and hardware tests and said everything was fine and told me to call Google support, which DOES NOT EXIST. I don’t expect you to deal with Google’s bugs but if you have any idea of how to get my phone’s settings and Gmail to recognize your browser as a legitimate option, please let me know.

I have never downloaded X but I have 2 icons for it. I don’t know who they are? Seems to delete an account you must have 1 first and as stated I’ve never downloaded it or know what is. The situation is now Firefox has out two X’s put up on home page. I appreciate any time to thus, Robin

I am having a sudden error: tapping the tabs icon no longer has any effect. I can long-press for the menu (open a tab / close this tab), but not view my other tabs. I have restarted my phone, closed and opened tabs using the long-press menu, and tried from landscape as well as portrait (eg, not a dead spot on my touchscreen).

I’m guessing others may be having this problem, so don’t necessarily need a response, really just writing to alert your support team.
