- Adds enable-media-stream CEF flag to allow getUserMedia() API - Enables native browser camera/microphone access in web widgets - Fixes community request for webcam support in web page widgets
Introduces a DispatcherTimer and Window_Activated event handler to ensure the window remains topmost when not in screen saver mode, emulating kiosk behavior. This change helps maintain application visibility and focus in production environments. fixes #359

Updated ClientVersion, ClientCodeVersion, and assembly version numbers to 4 R406.0 to reflect the new release.
