Issue:
The customer has an issue where some of their displays will show the task manager over the player when:

The player crashes and restarts.
When the player starts on boot.
When the player is closed and the watchdog restarts it.

Not replicable on the service desk end, nor on my end via Windows 11 player.

Some things that have been tried:

• Making sure Windows is up to date.
• Changing cursor starting position.
• Trying different Windows player versions.
• Checking display resolution and scaling settings.
• Fresh player installation.
• Comparing the setup against other PCs/Players that don't have the issue.
