This pull request updates the iOS CI configuration by removing support for iOS 17, which is no longer used. It also removes an unnecessary test target and updates another to use the standard benchmark task, resolving a TODO. The changes are clear and align with the goal of keeping the CI configuration up-to-date. I have one suggestion regarding a potentially orphaned file that could be removed as part of this cleanup.

We no longer have iOS 17 in our CI so we can remove it from the ci.yaml. I also removed a test we no longer need.
