HA Myenergi community beta release

This is the first community release for the Myenergi integration. @CJNE got some helpers for reviewing, testing, maintaining the issue backlog and community support. We hope to provide more frequent releases with your pull requests.

@LeiChat added icon and state class to the two eddi temperature sensors to provide long term statistics.

@Computerwhz added Libbi charge limit support.

If you want to help with testing, give the release a thumbs up if everything works or report your issue in GitHub

There is also a HA community topic to discuss this integration, ask questions and help each other with troubleshooting.
