Hi! 😊
You’ve made a really good point, GX Cleaner should definitely allow users to choose between deleting cookies based on creation date or last used. It’s frustrating to lose access to cookies you still rely on, like for auto-login, just because they were created over 30 days ago. Smart filtering would make a big difference. The same logic applies to real-life environments too, just because something’s old doesn’t mean it’s not useful. That’s why our hospitality building cleaning services focus on what truly needs deep, compliant cleaning in healthcare spaces.
Just in case you didn't know, in settings, at the URL opera://settings/themes, you can set your Opera wallpaper to your desktop's wallpaper.
Also, specfically in Opera GX, if you goto the URL opera://settings/early_bird, enable the Live Wallpaper Helper (just it if you don't want anything else there), restart Opera, goto the URL opera://settings/live_wallpapers and install the helper, you can set live wallpapers from https://store.gx.me/mods/?tagAlias=desktop%2Clive that you have installed in Opera as your desktop wallpaper.
And, does what with them? Label them with a "video' tag on the opera://downloads page?
Or, are you talking about video files you download that are sent with a Content-Disposition of "attachment" by the server that forces them to be downloaded instead of being played directly in Opera where you want to override that to have them play in Opera?
What do you mean by manual sync? You can goto the URL opera://sync-internals/ and trigger syncing to make sure things are updated on the server. But, don't do it too often or the Sync server might block connections from your Opera for a bit.
@ABeatrizC In the newest version of Opera, all tab-specific icons appear when you hover over either the left or right tab, which is the same behavior as outside of Split Screen mode. These can include Pinboards, Snapshot, Privacy Protections, Flow, and Add to bookmarks.
Browser apps will be in the right tab (Account, Easy Setup, Download, Extensions, and the pinned Music Player).
At least on Mac, clicking bookmarks via the Bookmarks Bar or Menu Bar always opens the link in the current tab. Only the Bookmarks sidebar/page opens them in new tabs. Might just need to move where you've stored yours if it's a consistent annoyance.
