Detailed Description of the Invention

The trays in Patent Documents 1 and 2 function both to house containers that house multiple agents and as a tray for mixing the agents housed in each container. However, when distributing the trays and the multiple containers on the market, it was common for the trays housing the multiple containers to be further packaged in an outer box. In this respect, there was room for improvement from the perspective of reducing the environmental impact.

The present invention therefore relates to a packaging paper box that functions both as a packaging box and a mixing tray, and can reduce the environmental impact.

The present invention will now be described based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings.
1 to 7 show one embodiment of the packaging paper box of the present invention. The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment is adapted to house a container for a hair dye inside, and when the container for a hair dye is housed inside, the box and the container together constitute a packaged product for a hair dye 1. The packaging paper box includes both a box with a hair dye housed inside and a box without a hair dye housed inside.
In this embodiment, two storage containers 4a, 4b corresponding to two-part hair dyes that are mixed when used are stored inside the packaging paper box 10. The packaged product 1 includes the storage containers 4a, 4b and the packaging paper box 10 for the hair dye that stores the storage containers 4a, 4b.

The hair dye storage container may be a pouch container, and the number of storage containers stored in the paper packaging box may be one or more. In this embodiment, the storage container 4a is a tube container that stores a first agent constituting the hair cosmetic, and the other storage container 4b is a tube container that stores a second agent constituting the hair cosmetic. In this embodiment, two storage containers 4a and 4b are stored in the storage space V of the paper packaging box 10, but other storage containers may also be stored. Note that the storage containers 4a and 4b in this embodiment each include a tube body that stores the above-mentioned agent. Each tube body includes a body portion made of a cylindrical tube body, an end seal portion formed between the inner surfaces at one end of the tube body in the longitudinal direction by a known method such as heat fusion or ultrasonic waves, and a cap portion that is detachably attached to a neck portion connected to the other end of the tube body in the longitudinal direction. The body of the tube container may be made of synthetic resin or aluminum, or may be a laminate of a synthetic resin layer and a metal layer such as aluminum.

The packaging paper box 10 has a hollow three-dimensional shape. The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment has a hollow hexahedral shape. The three-dimensional shape of the packaging paper box 10 is not particularly limited, and may be a columnar shape such as a cylinder, a triangular prism, or a pentagonal prism, a pyramidal shape such as a cone, a triangular pyramid, or a quadrangular pyramid, or a polyhedral shape such as an octahedron or a dodecahedron.
The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment includes a first wall 11, a second wall 12 opposed to the first wall 11, and a cylindrical peripheral wall 2 located between the first wall 11 and the second wall 12 (see FIG. 1). The peripheral wall 2 stands upright from the periphery of the second wall 12. The second wall 12 closes one opening of the cylindrical peripheral wall 2 (see FIG. 5).

The wrapping paper box 10 is for storing hair dye containers, and has an internal storage space V for storing the storage containers 4a, 4b (see FIG. 6). The storage space V is a space defined by the peripheral wall 2, the first wall 11, and the second wall 12, with the main part being the internal space of the cylindrical structure of the peripheral wall 2. The peripheral wall 2 in this embodiment has a rectangular cylindrical shape with a square horizontal cross section. More specifically, the peripheral wall 2 is formed by a pair of first side plate portions 14, 15 and a pair of second side plate portions 16, 17 arranged to surround the peripheral wall on all four sides (see FIG. 5). The pair of first side plate portions 14, 15 face each other, and between the first side plate portions 14, 15, the pair of second side plate portions 16, 17 face each other. The pair of first side plate portions 14, 15 are the same shape and size, and the pair of second side plate portions 16, 17 are also the same shape and size. The first side plate portions 14, 15 and the second side plate portions 16, 17 have the same length in the height direction Z, but the first side plate portions 14, 15 are longer in the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall 2 than the second side plate portions 16, 17 (see FIG. 5). The height direction Z is parallel to the depth direction of the tray portion 24, which will be described later, and in this embodiment, is perpendicular to the second wall 12.

The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment is used, for example, in a state where the second wall 12 of the packaging paper box 10 is placed on a horizontal surface (hereinafter also referred to as a "flat-laid state") (see Figs. 4 to 6). In the flat-laid state, the first wall 11 side of the packaging paper box 10 is located above, and the second wall 12 side is located below. In the flat-laid state, the direction along the vertical direction is the height direction Z of the packaging paper box 10.
The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment has a width direction Y and a depth direction X that are perpendicular to the height direction Z. The width direction Y is a direction along the longitudinal direction of the first side panel portions 14, 15, and the depth direction X is a direction along the longitudinal direction of the second side panel portions 16, 17.

The first wall 11 of the packaging paper box 10 is fixed facing the second wall 12 when the packaged product 1 is in the state. On the other hand, when the first wall 11 is in the rotation-permitted state, the first wall 11 can rotate about the fold line 13c that forms the upper edge of the first side panel portion 15 (see FIG. 7 ). The rotation-permitted state refers to a state in which the packaging paper box 10 is released from the fixed state before it is assembled or before it is unfolded as described below.
The first wall 11 has side flaps 18, 19 connected to each other via fold lines 13i, 13i on both outer sides in the width direction Y (see FIG. 2). The pair of side flaps 18, 19 have second locking pieces 5, 5 protruding on the side opposite to the fold lines 13i, 13i (see FIG. 2). In the fold-permitted state, the pair of side flaps 18, 19 are rotatable about the fold lines 13i, 13i of the first wall 11 as axes.
In this embodiment, each of the second side plate portions 16, 17 has a second engaged portion 53, 53 approximately at the center of the second side plate portion 16, 17 (see FIG. 2). The second engaged portion 53 is an opening extending in the depth direction X.

The wrapping paper box 10 has a configuration in which the first wall 11 and the second side panel portions 16, 17 can be engaged with each other. That is, the second engaged portions 53, 53 can be engaged with the second locking pieces 5, 5 of the pair of side flaps 18, 19. Specifically, when the opening on the depth side in the X1 direction of the peripheral wall 2 is closed by the first wall 11, the second locking pieces 5, 5 are inserted into the second engaged portions 53, 53 provided near the center of the second side panel portions 16, 17, and the first wall 11 is fixed to the second side panel portions 16, 17 so as to close the opening on the depth side in the Z direction of the peripheral wall 2 (see FIG. 1). With this configuration, the state in which the first wall 11 closes the opening of the peripheral wall 2 can be stably maintained.
The means for fastening the second side panel portions 16, 17 to the first wall 11 is not limited to the means for inserting the second locking piece 5 into the second engaged portion 53. For example, the first wall 11 may be fastened to the second side panel portions 16, 17 using a known adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive or an adhesive tape.

The first wall 11 is configured to be able to form an opening 20 for removing the storage containers 4a, 4b. A typical opening operation for the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment is an operation for forming this opening 20 through which the storage containers 4a, 4b can be removed.
The opening 20 of this embodiment has an opening flap 22 (see FIG. 4) that is continuous with the first wall 11. The opening flap 22 has a substantially octagonal shape in a plan view.
In the state before use of the packaging paper box 10, the opening flap 22 is an area surrounded by a cutting guide line along the periphery, except for a part, and the opening flap 22 can be formed by breaking the first wall 11 along the cutting guide line. The folding line 13c does not have a cutting guide line, and after the cutting guide line is broken, the opening flap 22 can be rotated around the folding line 13c as a rotation axis. In the packaging paper box 10, the "inside" means the inside side of the packaging paper box 10 (the storage space V side), and the "outside" means the outside side of the packaging paper box 10. The shape of the opening flap 22 is not limited to a substantially octagonal shape, and can be any shape such as a triangle, a rectangle, a pentagon, or a star shape. It is preferable that the cutting guide line for forming the opening flap 22 includes a cutting guide line along the depth direction X and a cutting guide line along the width direction Y.

The opening flap 22 of this embodiment has a rectangular knob portion 23 formed on the depth side in the depth direction X (see FIG. 4). The knob portion 23 is a portion that is held by the user's fingers, etc., when forming the opening 20 by breaking the periphery of the opening flap 22 along the cutting guide line. This makes it easier to open the package. From the viewpoint of ease of forming the opening 20, it is preferable that the knob portion 23 is formed, but it is not necessary to have the knob portion 23. The cutting guide line is preferably a perforation.

The wrapping paper box 10 is designed so that the opening 20 is formed by breaking the periphery of the opening flap 22 along the cutting guide line, creating a tray portion 24 that can be used to mix multiple agents contained in the storage containers 4a, 4b. That is, by performing the above-mentioned opening operation, the wrapping paper box 10 has an opening 20, and with the storage containers 4a, 4b and other contents removed through the opening 20, the storage space V can be used as a tray portion 24 for mixing hair dyes (see FIG. 6). In this case, the wrapping paper box 10 is used with the second wall 12 as the bottom surface, i.e., the second wall 12 is used as the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 that can be used to mix multiple agents, and multiple agents are mixed in the storage space V.

The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment thus functions as a container for the containers 4a and 4b, and the storage space V of the packaging paper box 10 also functions as a tray portion 24 that can be used for mixing hair dyes. Therefore, according to the packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment, when distributing the packaging paper box 10 of the present invention to the market, there is no need to provide a separate outer box or mixing tray, so the overall amount of synthetic resin used can be reduced, which contributes to reducing the environmental impact. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a separate outer box or mixing tray, the size of the packaging paper box 10 can be reduced compared to conventional packaging paper boxes, which improves the transportation efficiency of the packaging paper box 10 during distribution and reduces waste.
The tray portion 24 may be used for a single mixing of the formulation or may be used for multiple mixings.

The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment has a liquid leakage prevention structure 28 for preventing liquid leakage (see Figs. 6 and 7). The liquid leakage prevention structure 28 of this embodiment is formed by folding a paperboard. The liquid leakage prevention structure 28 of this embodiment will be described with reference to a paper box forming blank 50 shown in Fig. 10. The liquid leakage prevention structure forming parts 48 that form the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 are connected to both the upper and lower sides of the first side panel forming plates 34, 35 and to both the left and right sides of the second side panel forming plates 36, 37, and each of the liquid leakage prevention structure forming parts 48 has a crease 3g. When assembling the packaging paper box 10, the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is formed by folding the liquid leakage prevention structure forming parts 48 in a mountain fold along this crease 3g. In this way, the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is formed by folding the paperboard at the corners that exist around the storage space V, so that the corners are unlikely to have gaps that communicate between the inside and outside of the tray portion 24. The creases refer to the locations on the paper box blank 50 where compression grooves, crease processing, cut processing, etc. have been applied.
Therefore, the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment has a structure that makes it even more difficult for the hair dye to leak out of the tray portion 24 when the tray portion 24 is used for mixing the hair dye.
The liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is preferably formed on all corners of the tray portion 24, but it is not necessary that the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is formed on all corners. That is, the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 may be formed only on one corner, only on two corners, or only on three corners. The liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is preferably formed on at least two adjacent corners of the tray portion 24 that is rectangular in plan view.
In addition, from the viewpoint of ease of forming the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48, it is preferable that the line 3g provided in the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 be formed in the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48, but the line 3g does not have to be formed.

It is preferable that the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 forming the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 protrudes toward the storage space V in a folded state as shown in Fig. 7. It is preferable that the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 suppresses rattling of the storage containers 4a, 4b stored therein.
In the present embodiment, the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 has a triangular shape with the width decreasing toward the second wall 12 at both sides of the fold line 13g, and has a gap between the first side panel portions 14, 15 and the second side panel portions 16, 17. In the packaging paper box 10 of the present embodiment, the storage containers 4a, 4b such as tube containers arranged in the internal storage space V are held by the leakage prevention structure 28 at a part thereof, preferably at both ends in the longitudinal direction, so as not to be separated significantly from the second wall 12, and are less likely to rattle. From the viewpoint of achieving such an effect, it is preferable that the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 folded in two is not joined to either the first side panel portions 14, 15 or the second side panel portions 16, 17, and further it is preferable that the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is not joined to either the parts on both sides of the fold line 13g.

The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment is made of a paper box blank 50 shown in Fig. 10. The paper box blank 50 is preferably cut out from a single sheet of paperboard.
Materials for forming the paperboard can be any usable paper material without any particular limitations, such as kraft paper, wood-free paper, imitation paper, glassine paper, parchment paper, synthetic paper, white paperboard, Manila cardboard, milk carton base paper, cup base paper, ivory paper, and coated cardboard.
From the standpoint of durability, the paperboard constituting the packaging paper box 10 is preferably made of a paper material such as white paperboard, manila cardboard, or coated cardboard.
Regardless of the presence or absence of a coating layer for enhancing durability, the paperboard constituting the packaging paper box 10 has a basis weight of preferably 170 g/m 2 or more, more preferably 270 g/m 2 or more, from the viewpoint of obtaining durability sufficient to prevent the hair dye from seeping out after one use when the storage space V is used as the tray portion 24 for mixing the hair dye. Also, from the viewpoint of ease of assembly of the packaging paper box 10, the basis weight of the paperboard constituting the tray portion 24 is preferably 1000 g/m 2 or less , more preferably 500 g/m 2 or less. Taking the above into consideration, the basis weight of the paperboard constituting the tray portion 24 is preferably 170 g/m 2 or more and 1000 g/m 2 or less, more preferably 270 g/m 2 or more and 500 g/m 2 or less.
From the standpoint of ensuring the strength required for use as a packaging box, the thickness of the sheet material from which the paper box blank 50 is formed is preferably 0.20 mm or more and 1.50 mm or less, and more preferably 0.30 mm or more and 0.65 mm or less.

It is preferable that the blank 50 for forming a paper box has a coating layer to prevent bleeding. The blank 50 for forming a paper box in this embodiment has a single-layer structure, but may have a coating layer obtained by laminating a synthetic resin sheet material on the surface of the blank 50 for forming a paper box. When the storage space V is used as a tray portion 24 for mixing hair dye, from the viewpoint of preventing bleeding of the hair dye and from the viewpoint of obtaining at least two or more uses and chemical resistance, it is preferable that the blank 50 for forming a paper box has a laminated structure. The synthetic resin sheet material may be laminated so as to be located inside the packaging paper box 10 when the blank 50 for forming a paper box is assembled, or may be laminated so as to be located outside the packaging paper box 10, or may be laminated so as to be located inside and outside the packaging paper box 10. The lamination process can be carried out by conventional lamination methods, such as dry lamination using an adhesive, or thermal lamination, in which a thermally adhesive layer is sandwiched between the two layers and bonded by heat.

Even if the paper box blank 50 has a covering layer, in order to further enhance the above-mentioned effects, it is preferable that the basis weight of the paperboard forming the paper box blank 50 is in the same range as the above-mentioned preferred range of basis weight. If the paper box blank 50 has a covering layer due to lamination processing or the like, the basis weight of the paper box blank 50 refers to the total basis weight of the paperboard and the covering layer.

Preferred synthetic resin sheet materials to be laminated on the surface of the paper box forming blank 50 include, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyolefins (polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), etc.), polyamide (PA), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyimide (PI), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC).

As shown in FIG. 1, the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment can be made to stand on its own with the height direction Z in a flat state aligned horizontally. By making the height direction Z in a flat state aligned horizontally in a freestanding wrapping paper box 10, it is possible to add a label to be shown to consumers to the first wall 11 or the second wall 12, which has a larger area, and to place the side with the label on the side closer to consumers and the other side farther from consumers when displayed.

The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment has a hanging portion 25 (see FIG. 1). The hanging portion 25 of this embodiment extends in the X direction of the first wall 11. That is, in a freestanding state, it is located vertically above the first wall 11. The hanging portion 25 has a hanging opening 27 at the center in the width direction Y.
The hanging portion 25 is formed of a front hanging plate 25a and a rear hanging plate 25b (see FIG. 3). The rear hanging plate 25b is connected to the first wall 11. The rear hanging plate 25b is connected to the front hanging plate 25a via a bending line 13j on the side opposite to the first wall 11. The front hanging plate 25a has first locking pieces 4, 4 that can be engaged with first engaged portions 52, 52 described below.

First side panel 14 is provided with first engaged portions 52, 52. This configuration allows first side panel 14 and hanging portion 25 to engage with each other. Specifically, when front hanging plate 25a is folded along folding line 13j, first locking pieces 4, 4 provided on front hanging plate 25a are inserted into first engaged portions 52, 52, thereby fixing first side panel 14 and hanging portion 25 (see FIG. 3).
The means for fastening the first side panel portion 14 and the hanging portion 25 is not limited to the means for inserting the first engaging piece 4 into the first engaged portion 52. For example, they may be fastened using known adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive or adhesive tape.

The wrapping paper box 10 displays product information related to the product on the outer surface of the second wall 12. The product information is information displayed on a packaging container such as an outer box of a product placed in a normal distribution process, such as the product name, the contents and their quantity contained in the wrapping paper box 10, hair color, finished image, work procedure, warning label, and a label showing all ingredients of the contents (package insert). As described above, the wrapping paper box 10 has a hanging part 25 for hanging the wrapping paper box 10, so that the packaged product 1 can be displayed in a state of being hung from a hanging device by hooking the hanging opening 27 of the hanging part 25 of the wrapping paper box 10 to, for example, a hanging device provided in a sales area, so that the product information displayed on the outer surface of the second wall 12 can be seen by customers.
In the packaged product 1 according to the present embodiment, the packaged product 1 is hung by hooking the hanging opening 27 onto a hanging tool, but the packaged product 1 may not have the hanging opening 27 and may instead have, for example, a hanging hook.

The operability of the mixing tray of the storage space V of the packaging paper box 10 can be evaluated using as a measure the value (S1/H1) obtained by dividing the area S1 (mm 2 ) of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 by the height H1 (mm) of the tray portion 24, i.e., the height of the storage space V, when the direction perpendicular to the bottom wall forming the bottom surface of the tray portion 24 is taken as the height direction. In the present invention, from the viewpoint of preventing the user's fingers from coming into contact with the tray portion 24 when mixing and making it easy to mix multiple agents, this value (hereinafter also referred to as the "flatness") is preferably 35 mm or more, more preferably 80 mm or more, preferably 1600 mm or less, and more preferably 400 mm or less. Taking the above into consideration, the flatness is preferably 35 mm or more and 1600 mm or less, and more preferably 80 mm or more and 400 mm or less. The flatness means that the packaging paper box 10 is flatter as the flatness value increases. In this specification, flat means that the area S1 of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 is larger than the height H1 of the tray portion 24, and for example, the shape of the tray portion 24 is a flat hexahedron with one main surface open.
In this embodiment, the height H1 of the tray portion 24 is the distance from the inner surface side of the second wall 12 to the open end of the peripheral wall 2. The area S1 of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 can be calculated by multiplying the length L3 between the first side panel portion 14 and the first side panel portion 15 by the length L4 between the second side panel portion 16 and the second side panel portion 17.

From the viewpoint of more reliably achieving the above-mentioned effect, the height H1 of the tray portion 24 is preferably 10 mm or more, more preferably 30 mm or more, preferably 70 mm or less, and more preferably 60 mm or less. Taking the above into consideration, the height H1 of the tray portion 24 is preferably 10 mm or more and 70 mm or less, and more preferably 30 mm or more and 60 mm or less.
From the same viewpoint, the area S1 of the bottom wall portion of the tray portion 24 is preferably 2500 mm2 or more, more preferably 8000 mm2 or more, preferably 20000 mm2 or less, and more preferably 16000 mm2 or less. Taking the above into consideration, the area S1 of the bottom wall portion of the tray portion 24 is preferably 2500 mm2 or more and 20000 mm2 or less, and more preferably 8000 mm2 or more and 16000 mm2 or less.

In the packaging paper box 10, when the periphery of the opening flap 22 is torn along the cutting guide line, a protrusion 29 is preferably provided immediately below the opening 20. The protrusion 29 in this embodiment is connected to the first side panel portion 14 via a fold line 13d. The protrusion 29 is rectangular and long in the width direction Y. The protrusion 29 is formed with a cutting guide line 29a extending in the width direction Y (see Figs. 5, 7 and 9). The cutting guide line 29a is preferably formed by a perforation, and by breaking the cutting guide line 29a, the portion of the protrusion 29 on the tip side of the cutting guide line, i.e., the mixing spatula forming portion 30, can be cut off.
The mixing spatula forming part 30 can be used as a spatula for mixing hair dyes when it is separated from the protruding piece 29. That is, by separating the mixing spatula forming part 30 from the protruding piece 29 and folding the mixing spatula forming part 30 along the folding line formed on the mixing spatula forming part 30, a hair dye mixing spatula 41 having a grip part 42 and a spatula part 43 is formed (see Figs. 8(a) and (b)). In this way, since there is no need to provide a separate part for mixing hair dyes, the size of the packaging paper box 10 can be made smaller than in the past, and the transportation efficiency of the packaging paper box 10 during distribution can be further improved.
The wrapping paper box 10 does not need to have the protrusion 29 connected to the first side panel portion 14 , but may have it provided on the first side panel portion 15 or the second side panel portions 16 , 17 , for example.
Furthermore, the protrusion 29 that can be used as a spatula for mixing hair dye may be one in which a mixing spatula forming portion 30 and a mixing spatula 41 are generated by cutting off a portion of the protrusion 29, or one in which a similar mixing spatula forming portion and mixing spatula are generated by cutting off the entire protrusion 29.

5, in the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment, the protrusion 29 is arranged in a position that allows easy removal by utilizing the liquid leakage prevention structure 28. Specifically, the protrusion 29 is located above the folded portion of the paperboard in the liquid leakage prevention structure 28, and the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is arranged so that it functions as a support portion that supports the protrusion 29 from below. By doing so, when the wrapping paper box 10 is opened, the protrusion 29 can be more reliably positioned directly below the opening 20, making it easier to see the mixing spatula forming part 30 and easier to pick up the mixing spatula forming part 30 with the hand, and allowing the mixing spatula forming part 30 to be separated from the protrusion 29 more smoothly. In addition, since the protrusion 29 is located above the folded portion of the paperboard in the liquid leakage prevention structure 28, it is possible to prevent the mixing spatula forming part 30 from breaking due to unintentional contact between the storage containers 4a, 4b and the mixing spatula forming part 30. As a result, the mixing spatula forming part 30 can maintain a good appearance, and the mixing spatula 41 obtained from the mixing spatula forming part 30 can more reliably maintain the strength required for use as a spatula for mixing hair dyes.

The spatula portion 43 of the mixing spatula 41 of this embodiment is formed from an upper spatula portion 43a and a lower spatula portion 43b (see FIG. 8(a)). In this way, the spatula portion 43 has a double structure, and is strong enough to mix the hair dyes. Note that the spatula portion 43 of the mixing spatula 41 may also have a single-layer structure (see FIG. 8(b)).

From the standpoint of making it easier to mix multiple agents, the length L1 in the width direction Y of the mixing spatula forming portion 30 is preferably 50% or more, more preferably 100% or more, and preferably 400% or less, more preferably 300% or less, relative to the height H1 of the tray portion 24, and is preferably 50% or more and 400% or less, more preferably 100% or more and 300% or less.
In addition, from the viewpoint of making it easier to remove the mixing spatula forming portion 30 from the packaging paper box 10 and to make it easier to mix the hair dye, the length L2 in the depth direction X of the mixing spatula forming portion 30 is preferably 25% or more, more preferably 40% or more, and preferably 65% or less, more preferably 50% or less, of the length L3 in the depth direction X of the packaging paper box 10, and is preferably 25% or more and 65% or less, and more preferably 40% or more and 50% or less.

The mixing spatula 41 of this embodiment is formed using one mixing spatula forming part 30 shown in Fig. 9. The mixing spatula forming part 30 is provided with lines 3r and 3t and cut lines 3s at appropriate locations by performing folding and cutting processes, etc., on each part, so that the mixing spatula 41 can be easily assembled into a desired three-dimensional shape, which will be described later.
As shown in Fig. 9, the mixing spatula forming part 30 of this embodiment has a shape that is long in one direction and has a longitudinal direction and an orthogonal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The mixing spatula forming part 30 has a grip part forming part 42a, an upper spatula part forming part 43c, a lower spatula part forming part 43d, and a spatula part forming locking piece 47 by bending parts. The upper spatula part forming part 43c is connected to the grip part forming part 42a in the longitudinal direction via a cut line 3s. The upper spatula part forming part 43c is connected to the lower spatula part forming part 43d on the opposite side of the grip part forming part 42a via a ruled line 3r. The lower spatula part forming part 43d is connected to the spatula part forming locking piece 47 on the opposite side of the upper spatula part forming part 43c.

The mixing spatula forming part 30 has a handle forming part 42a, an upper spatula forming part 43c, a lower spatula forming part 43d, and a spatula forming locking piece 47 aligned in the longitudinal direction.

A method of assembling the mixing spatula 41 will be described using the mixing spatula forming part 30 shown in FIG.
First, the lower spatula-forming portion 43d is folded along the crease 3r so as to be superimposed on the back surface of the upper spatula-forming portion 43c. Next, the spatula-forming locking pieces 47 are inserted into the cut line 3s. Then, the mixing spatula-forming portion 30 is folded in a valley fold along the crease 3t.
In this manner, the mixing spatula is assembled (see FIG. 8(a)).

In the above-described embodiment, a portion of the tip of the protruding piece 29 forms the mixing spatula forming part 30, but the entire protruding piece 29 may form the mixing spatula forming part 30. In that case, for example, a cutting guide line such as a perforation is provided at the position of the line 3d. As in the above-described embodiment, it is preferable that the mixing spatula forming part 30 is folded along the line to form a three-dimensional shape.

In order to achieve a good balance between the storage capacity of the packaging paper box 10 and the ease of use when used as a mixing tray, it is preferable that the dimensions of the storage space V and the storage containers 4a, 4b be within the following ranges.
The length of the second wall 12 in the width direction Y is preferably 1.00 to 1.20 times, more preferably 1.03 to 1.10 times, the length of the storage containers 4a, 4b in the longitudinal direction. The length of the storage containers 4a, 4b in the accommodated state is the maximum length of the storage containers 4a, 4b in the longitudinal direction when they are accommodated in the accommodation space V.

The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment is formed using a sheet of paper box blank 50 shown in FIG. 10. Such a paper box blank 50 can be easily obtained by, for example, punching and cutting a sheet of paperboard so that the wrapping paper box 10 will have the desired shape when unfolded. In addition, the paper box blank 50 has lines 3a-3j and cuts in appropriate locations on each part by applying compression grooves, folding tendon processing, or cutting processing, so that the wrapping paper box 10 can be easily assembled to have the desired three-dimensional shape described below. The paper box blank 50 has enough shape-retaining rigidity and elasticity to easily maintain a smoothly curved state without bending, even when the side edge is grasped and extended horizontally in a cantilever shape, and also has enough deformability to be easily folded by hand.

As shown in Figure 10, the paper box forming blank 50 of this embodiment has a shape that is long in one direction, and has a longitudinal direction A and an orthogonal direction B that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The paper box forming blank 50 has a second wall forming plate 32, a first wall forming plate 31, a first side panel forming plate 34, 35, and a second side panel forming plate 36, 37, which are formed by folding portions. The first side panel forming plates 34, 35 are connected to both the top and bottom sides of the second wall forming plate 32 in the longitudinal direction A via lines 3a, 3a. The second side panel forming plates 36, 37 are connected to both the left and right sides of the second wall forming plate 32 in the orthogonal direction B via lines 3b, 3b. The first side plate forming plate 34, 35 has a liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 connected to both the left and right sides in the perpendicular direction B and the second side plate forming plate 36, 37 has a liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 connected to both the upper and lower sides in the longitudinal direction A via the creases 3e and 3f. The first side plate forming plate 35 is connected to the rectangular first wall forming plate 31 that forms the first wall 11 on the opposite side of the second wall forming plate 32 via the crease 3c. The first wall forming plate 31 is connected to the hanging portion forming plate 45 on the outer side in the longitudinal direction A, and the side flap forming plates 38, 39 are connected to the outer side in the perpendicular direction B via the crease 3i. The other first side plate forming plate 34 has a protruding piece forming plate 40 extending in the perpendicular direction B connected to the outer side in the longitudinal direction A via the crease 3d.

The blank 50 for forming a paper box is arranged in the longitudinal direction A with the protrusion forming plate 40, the first side panel forming plate 34, the second wall forming plate 32, the first side panel forming plate 35, the first wall forming plate 31, the rear hanging panel forming plate 45b, and the front hanging panel forming plate 45a. On the outer side of these in the perpendicular direction B, the liquid leakage prevention structure forming parts 48, 48, the second side panel forming plates 36, 37, the liquid leakage prevention structure forming parts 48, 48, and the side flap forming plates 38, 39 are arranged in the longitudinal direction A.

A method of assembling the paper box 10 will be described using the paper box forming blank 50 shown in FIG.
First, the creases 3a, 3a are folded at right angles so that a pair of first side plate portion forming plates 34, 35 stand from the second wall forming plate 32. Next, the creases 3b, 3b are folded at right angles so that a pair of second side plate portion forming plates 36, 37 stand from the second wall forming plate 32, and the crease 3g of the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is folded in a mountain fold. Next, the protrusion forming plate 40 is folded at right angles along the crease 3d. Then, the first wall forming plate 31 is folded along the crease 3c and overlapped on the protrusion forming plate 40, and joined to the outer surface of the protrusion forming plate 40. For such joining, a known joining means such as an adhesive can be used. Next, the second locking pieces 5, 5 are inserted into the second engaged portions 53, and the second wall forming plate 32 is fixed to the second side plate portion forming plates 36, 37. That is, the openings formed on the edge side of the pair of first side plate portion forming plates 34, 35, the pair of second side plate portion forming plates 36, 37, and the second wall forming plate 32 facing the first wall forming plate 31 are closed by the first wall forming plate 31. Then, the first locking pieces 4, 4 formed on the front hanging plate forming plate 45a are inserted into the first engaged portion 52.
In this manner, the packaging paper box 10 of the present embodiment is assembled.
In the present embodiment, the packaged product 1 is in a state before use (before opening) in which the storage containers 4a, 4b are contained in a packaging paper box 10 having no opening 20 formed in the first wall 11, and is distributed in this state.

When the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment is used, i.e., when it is opened, the first wall 11 is broken along the cutting guide line to form an opening flap 22. This forms an opening 20 in the first wall 11. The storage containers 4a, 4b and other contents are then removed through the opening 20. This operation allows the storage space V to be used as a tray portion 24 for mixing hair dyes.

The wrapping paper box 10 of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in the above-mentioned Figures 1 to 6 and Figures 8 to 10. Another embodiment of the wrapping paper box 10 of the present invention will be described below. In the following, the other embodiment will be described mainly with respect to the components that differ from the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6 and Figures 8 to 10, and similar components will be given the same reference numerals and their description will be omitted. For components that are not specifically described, the description of the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6 and Figures 8 to 10 will be applied as appropriate.

In the above-described embodiment, the packaging paper box 10 can use the storage space V formed by the second wall 12 and the peripheral wall 2 of the packaging paper box 10 as the tray portion 24, but this is not limited to the above. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, even when the packaging paper box 10 is in an unfolded state, a part of the packaging paper box 10 can be used as the tray portion 24. This unfolded state is a second unfolded state in which the rising angle of the peripheral wall 2 relative to the second wall 12 is changed. Specifically, in the second unfolded state, the second wall 12 of the packaging paper box 10, the pair of first side plate portions 14, 15, the pair of second side plate portions 16, 17, and the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 can be used as the bottom wall of the tray portion 24. In this configuration, the second wall 12, the pair of first side plate portions 14, 15, the pair of second side plate portions 16, 17, and the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 function as the bottom wall of the tray portion 24, so that the area for mixing the hair dye is increased, making it easier to mix the hair dye. In this way, it is possible to use the container in a second open state in which the rising angle of the peripheral wall 2 around the second wall 12 is changed to a state in which the peripheral wall 2 is inclined outward, which has the advantage that the hair dye can be wiped off more easily and that it can be easily reused as a tray for mixing hair dye.
If the rise angle of the peripheral wall in the second opened state is defined as the angle between the second wall 12 and the peripheral wall 2 on the inside side of the packaging paper box 10, the rise angle is preferably greater than or equal to 100° and less than or equal to 180°, and more preferably greater than or equal to 120° and less than or equal to 160°.
In order to further achieve the above-mentioned effects, the area S2 of the area available for mixing hair dye in the second opened state is preferably 1.1 to 10 times, and more preferably 1.2 to 5 times, the area S1 of the second wall 12 in the above-mentioned embodiment, i.e., the bottom wall of the tray portion 24.

Next, the second packaged product 1a of the present invention will be described based on a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawings. The second packaged product 1a can appropriately apply the configuration of the first packaged product 1 described above, unless there is a contradiction. Below, the components that differ from the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 10 will be mainly described, and similar components will be given the same reference numerals and will not be described. For components that are not specifically described, the description of the components of packaged product 1 will be applied as appropriate.

The packaged product 1a of this embodiment includes containers 4a, 4b and a paper packaging box 10a for a hair dye that contains the containers 4a, 4b.
The wrapping paper box 10a has a hollow three-dimensional shape. As shown in Fig. 11, the wrapping paper box 10a of this embodiment has a hollow pentahedral shape.
The wrapping paper box 10a of this embodiment includes a peripheral wall 2a, which is a cylindrical wall having a triangular cross section, a first wall portion 12a, and a second wall portion 13a (see FIG. 11). The first wall portion 12a closes one opening of the peripheral wall 2a, and the second wall portion 13a closes the other opening of the peripheral wall 2a.

The packaging paper box 10a has an internal storage space V for storing the storage containers 4a and 4b. The storage space V is a space defined by the peripheral wall 2a, the first wall portion 12a, and the second wall portion 13a, mainly consisting of the internal space of the cylindrical structure of the peripheral wall 2a. The peripheral wall 2a of this embodiment has a triangular prism shape in which the horizontal cross section of the peripheral wall 2a is triangular. More specifically, the peripheral wall 2a has a first wall 60, a second wall 61, and a third wall 62 connected to each other in a triangular cross section. This makes the peripheral wall 2a triangular cylindrical. The first wall 60, the second wall 61, and the third wall 62 of this embodiment each have a rectangular shape of the same shape and size. The packaging paper box 10a has a triangular cross section, which makes it easy to form a tray portion 24a for mixing hair dyes, which will be described later. In other words, when the peripheral wall 2a has a triangular cross section, the number of walls that need to be cut by the cutting guide line among the multiple walls that make up the peripheral wall 2a is smaller, which makes it easier to open the package as described below and makes it easier to form the tray portion 24a.
Furthermore, when the peripheral wall 2a has a triangular cross section, the number of bends between the multiple walls that make up the peripheral wall 2a is reduced, making it easier to make the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a flat when the tray portion 24a is formed.

As shown in FIG. 11, the wrapping paper box 10a of this embodiment can stand on its own with the axis of the cylindrical wall aligned vertically. That is, the wrapping paper box 10a can stand on its own with the first wall portion 12a of the wrapping paper box 10a placed on a horizontal surface (hereinafter also referred to as the "placing surface 46") as the lower surface (hereinafter also referred to as the "freestanding state"). In this state, the height direction Z of the wrapping paper box 10a is aligned vertically.

The first wall portion 12a and the second wall portion 13a have first flaps 63, 64 (see Figure 14) connected to both sides of the first wall 60 in the height direction Z via fold lines 13k, 13k, and second flaps 65, 66 (see Figure 13) connected to both sides of the second wall 61 in the height direction Z via fold lines 13l, 13l.
The first flaps 63, 64 are rotatable via fold lines 13k, 13k of the first wall 60. The second flaps 65, 66 are rotatable via fold lines 13l, 13l of the second wall 61. The first flaps 63, 64 and the second flaps 65, 66 rotate to open and close the openings at both ends of the peripheral wall 2a in the height direction Z (see FIG. 11 ).

In the packaging paper box 10a, as shown in Fig. 11, the first wall 12a and the second wall 13a are formed by folding the second flaps 65, 66 inward and folding the first flaps 63, 64 over them. With this configuration, the first wall 12a and the second wall 13a open and close the openings at both ends in the height direction Z of the peripheral wall 2a by the first flaps 63, 64 and the second flaps 65, 66. In the packaging paper box 10a, "inside" means the inside side of the packaging paper box 10a (the storage space V side), and "outside" means the outside side of the packaging paper box 10a.
The first flaps 63, 64 have insert flaps 63a, 64a extending from the side opposite to the first wall 60 (see FIG. 14). When the opening of the peripheral wall 2a is closed by the first flaps 63, 64, the insert flaps 63a, 64a are inserted between the third wall 62 and the second flaps 65, 66, and the first flaps 63, 64 are fixed to close the opening.

The first flaps 63, 64 have a generally triangular shape in plan view, and the second flaps 65, 66 have a semicircular shape in plan view.

The first wall 60 has an opening flap 22a. The opening flap 22a is formed by breaking a tear guide line along the periphery of the opening flap 22a during an opening operation described later. The opening flap 22a has a pressing piece 23a at the center of the height direction Z of the first wall 60. When the pressing piece 23a is pressed toward the inside of the packaging paper box 10a, the first wall 60 breaks along the tear guide line, forming the opening flap 22a and forming a long opening in the height direction Z along the periphery of the opening flap 22a. The opening flap 22a is rotatable around the fold line 13m as a rotation axis.
The shape of the opening flap 22a is not limited to the triangular shape of this embodiment, but may be any shape, such as a square, a pentagon, or a circle.

The third wall 62 is formed with a folding guide line (hereinafter also referred to as folding line 13n) that makes it easier to fold the paperboard. The folding line 13n extends along the height direction Z, and the third wall 62 can be folded into a valley fold along the folding line 13n (see FIG. 14).

The packaging paper box 10a is designed so that when the pressing piece 23a is pushed toward the inside of the packaging paper box 10a, the first wall 60 is broken along the tear guide line, and the opening flap 22a is formed, a tray portion 24a that can be used to mix multiple agents contained in the storage containers 4a and 4b is generated. That is, by performing the above-mentioned opening operation, the packaging paper box 10a is in a state in which the storage containers 4a and 4b and other contents are removed, and the second wall 61 and/or the third wall 62 form the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a for mixing hair dye agents, and the packaging paper box 10a can be used as a tray for mixing hair dye agents. In this case, the packaging paper box 10a is used with the second wall 61 and the third wall 62 as the bottom surface, that is, the second wall 61 and/or the third wall 62 form the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a that can be used to mix multiple agents, and multiple agents are mixed on the bottom wall.

In order to make it easier to mix the hair dyes, the area of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a that can be used to mix multiple agents, i.e., the area for mixing the hair dyes, is preferably at least 1.5 times, and more preferably at least twice, the area of one of the walls that make up the peripheral wall 2a of the packaging paper box 10a.
From the same viewpoint, the area in which the hair dye is mixed in this embodiment is preferably 5,000 mm 2 or more and 50,000 mm 2 or less, and more preferably 6,000 mm 2 or more and 30,000 mm 2 or less.

14 shows a packaging paper box 10a folded flat. The packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment has a fold line 13n in the third wall 62. This fold line 13n is a fold line that allows the packaging paper box 10a to be easily folded and assembled. Referring to the paper box forming blank 50a shown in FIG. 15, the packaging paper box 10a folded flat is formed by folding the third wall forming plate 82 in a mountain fold along the line 3n formed in the third wall forming plate, folding the first wall forming plate 80 along the line 3m, overlapping it with the glue tab 82r that joins with the other surface, and joining the first wall forming plate 80 to the outer surface of the glue tab 82r (see FIG. 14 and FIG. 15). With this configuration, when the fold line 13o or 13p of the third wall 62 is pushed inwardly into the packaging paper box 10a with both ends of the peripheral wall 2a in the height direction Z open, the packaging paper box 10a can be easily folded into a flat shape. This improves the transportation efficiency of the packaging paper box 10a during transportation. In addition, when assembling the packaging paper box 10a folded flat, the packaging paper box 10 can be easily assembled by pushing the fold line 13n inwardly.

The packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment is made of a paper box forming blank 50a shown in Fig. 15. The paper box forming blank 50a is preferably cut out from a single sheet of paperboard.
As the material for forming the paperboard, any material that can be used as a paper material can be used without any particular limitation.

The preferred basis weight and thickness of the sheet material forming the paper box blank 50a are the same as those of the paper box blank 50 described above. If the paper box blank 50a has a layered structure that has been subjected to a lamination process, this refers to the basis weight of the layered sheets.

The wrapping paper box 10a of this embodiment is formed using one paper box blank 50a shown in FIG. 15. Such a paper box blank 50a can be easily obtained by, for example, punching and cutting a sheet of paperboard so that the wrapping paper box 10a is in the desired shape when unfolded. In addition, the paper box blank 50a is provided with lines 3k-3q and cuts at appropriate locations by applying compression grooves, folding tendency processing, or cutting processing, so that the wrapping paper box 10a can be easily assembled to have the desired three-dimensional shape described below. The paper box blank 50a has enough shape-retaining rigidity and elasticity to easily maintain a smoothly curved state without bending, even when the side edge is grasped and extended horizontally in a cantilever shape, and has enough deformability to be easily folded by hand.

As shown in FIG. 15, the paper box forming blank 50a of this embodiment has a shape that is long in one direction, and has a longitudinal direction A1 and an orthogonal direction B1 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The paper box forming blank 50a has a first wall forming plate 80, a second wall forming plate 81, a third wall forming plate 82, first flap forming plates 83, 84, and second flap forming plates 85, 86 by folding portions. The first wall forming plate 80 is connected to one side of the second wall forming plate 81 via a crease 3m. The third wall forming plate 82 is connected to the other side of the second wall forming plate 81 via a crease 3o. The first flap forming plates 83, 84 are connected to both sides of the orthogonal direction B1 of the first wall forming plate 80 via creases 3k, 3k. Second flap forming plates 85, 86 are connected to both sides of the second wall forming plate 81 in the perpendicular direction B1 via creases 3l, 3l. Insertion flap forming plates 83a, 84a are connected to the outer side of the first flap forming plates 83, 84 in the longitudinal direction A1 via creases 3q. The third wall forming plate 82 is connected to a glue margin portion 82r on the opposite side of the second wall forming plate 81 via creases 3p. A crease 3n is formed in the center of the longitudinal direction A1 of the third wall forming plate 82, extending along the perpendicular direction B1.

The blank 50a for forming a paper box has the adhesive portion 82r, the third wall forming plate 82, the second wall forming plate 81, and the first wall forming plate 80 aligned along the longitudinal direction A1, and on the outer side of these in the perpendicular direction B1, the second flap forming plates 85, 86, the first flap forming plates 83, 84, and the insertion flap forming plates 83a, 84a aligned along the longitudinal direction A1.

A method of assembling the paper box 10a will be described using the paper box forming blank 50a shown in FIG.
First, the third wall forming plate 82 is folded in a mountain fold along the crease 3n formed on the third wall forming plate 82, the first wall forming plate 80 is folded along the crease 3m, and the third wall forming plate 82 is overlapped with the margin 82r and joined to the outer surface of the margin 82r. Such joining can be performed using a known joining means such as an adhesive. Next, the second flap forming plates 85, 86 are folded at right angles along the creases 3l, 3l, and the first flap forming plates 83, 84 are folded at right angles along the creases 3k, 3k, and then the insertion flap forming plates 83a, 84a are inserted between the third wall forming plate 82 and the second flap forming plates 85, 86 to close the openings formed on the edge sides of the first wall forming plate 80, the second wall forming plate 81, and the third wall forming plate 82.
In this manner, the packaging paper box 10a of the present embodiment is manufactured.

Although the present invention has been described based on the preferred embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be modified as appropriate. In addition, the above-described embodiments may be combined.
For example, the storage container in the above-described embodiment is a tube container, but may be a bag-shaped container instead. The hair cosmetic product may be a hair dye, for example, a two-component or three-component hair dye.
Similarly to the wrapping paper box 10, the wrapping paper box 10a may also have a hanging portion.
Instead of perforations, the cutting guide lines may be cuts or the like that do not reach the entire thickness of the paperboard.
It is preferable that the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is not joined to either the first side panel forming plate 34, 35 or the second side panel forming plate 36, 37 from the viewpoint of enabling the second opened state to be assumed and/or from the viewpoint of making it easier for the folded portion of the liquid leakage prevention structure to support the protrusion 29 in a position that makes it easy to remove, but one of the portions on both sides of the fold line in the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 may be joined to either the first side panel forming plate 34, 35 or the second side panel forming plate 36, 37.

In the above embodiment, the opening 20 is formed by unfolding the opening flap 22, which is a part of the first wall 11, around the fold line 13c as a pivot axis, but the position of the pivot axis is not limited to the position of the fold line 13c and can be changed as appropriate. Also, instead of forming the opening 20 by unfolding a part of the first wall 11, the opening 20 may be formed by removing a part of the first wall 11.
In the above-described embodiment, the first wall 11 is unfolded around the fold line 13c as a rotation axis to enable the second open state to be taken. However, instead, the second open state may be achieved by removing the first wall 11.
