Abstract

The present utility model relates to a thermal box (1) having a parallelepiped shape and provided with wheels (18) and a telescopic handle (15) for transport. It consists of a cover (14) at the top and is provided with a floating platform (2) with a handle (19) on the inside, and a voltmeter (3) for measuring voltage on the outside. Said thermal box is provided with a water filter (7) which is located inside on the base and connected to a pump (11), the speed of which is controlled by the variator (5), the pump being powered by the battery (16), actuated by a switch (4) and connected to the shower head (8) by a hose (20). On the lower right-hand side, said box (1) is provided with the heater outlet connector (9), the cooler outlet connector (10), and the battery-charging connector (6). The thermal box (1) is also provided with a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser (12) and a shampoo dispenser (13) which are coupled to the support (17) and located next to the shower head (8),

CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN THERMAL BOX WITH ATTACHED SHOWER

APPLICATION FIELD

[001] This descriptive report describes the utility model patent of an unprecedented thermal box, notably a thermal box with attached shower and an excellent pressurization system, with a new constructive arrangement applied, with an innovative design and equipped with important technological improvements and functional, according to the most modern engineering concepts and in accordance with the required standards and specifications, having its own characteristics and endowed with fundamental requirements of novelty and inventive act, resulting in a series of real and extraordinary technical, practical and economical.

BACKGROUND OF THIS MODEL

[002] There are currently several models of thermal boxes on the market, some with attached shower or not. However, as experts in the field know, these models equipped with showers are deficient, especially in terms of the low pressure, almost non-existent, of water coming out of the shower.

[003] In this sense, some inventors idealized the products that are the subject of the patent documents listed below, but did not pay attention to the details mentioned above.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

[004] The patent document BR 20 2012 026052 8 published on 11/11/2014 entitled shower improvements teaches a utility model patent for showers, belonging to the field of hydraulic utensils used on the beach and also in rivers, lakes, dams , dams and mangroves, essentially comprising: a vertical structure formed: a lower water inlet grid, which it is buried in the sand on the beach; by manual plunger pump, for suction of water, which is in continuity and in communication with the lower water inlet grid and activated by the user; by supply piping derived from the section between the grate and the manual piston pump; by screen mounted on the upper end of the feed pipe; by multi-action mechanical sand filters inside the grate; by first and second valves, which collaborate with the manual piston pump; by a device that incorporates the plunger and a double-stage chlorination chlorinator, comprising: a central body with external thread, coaxial with the rods and mounted at the end of the latter; by constitutive assembly of the piston; and by constitutive set of the two-stage chlorinator that contains chlorine tablet, mounted in said central body; and additionally, an activated charcoal filter is provided, preferably located next to the sieve inlet.

[005] The patent document MU 8702298-2 published on 06/24/2008 entitled shower arrangement teaches a utility model patent for showers, belonging to the field of hydraulic utensils, which received disposition to be used on beaches, without consuming potable water and electricity, essentially comprising: a vertical structure formed by: a lower water inlet grid, which is buried in the beach sand; by a manual plunger, for suction of water, which is in continuity and in communication with the lower water inlet grid; by a feed pipe derived from the section between the grate and the manual piston pump; by shower itself, mounted at the upper end of the supply pipe; by two pre-desalination filters, one located inside the water inlet grid and the other consisting of sand, in which the latter is buried, such that the water that comes out of the shower itself has most of the salt extracted; and by first and second valves, which in collaboration with the manual piston, form a pumping assembly.

[006] The patent document MU 8802263-3 published on 02/23/2010 entitled improvement in shower teaches a utility model patent for shower, belonging to the field of hydraulic utensils, which received provision to be used on beaches, without consuming potable water and electricity, essentially comprising: a vertical structure formed by: a lower water inlet grid, which is buried in the beach sand; by a manual plunger pump, for suction of water, which is in continuity and in communication with the lower water inlet grid and activated by the user; by a feed pipe derived from the section between the grate and the manual piston pump; by shower itself, mounted at the upper end of the supply pipe; by a pre-desalination filter located inside the grid (1); by first (6) and second (7) valves, which collaborate with the manual piston pump (2); and by a water chlorination device (10), which houses a chlorine tablet (20) and communicates with the connection region between the manual piston pump (2) and the supply pipe (3).

[007] The patent document MU 9100595-7 published on 05/28/2013 entitled pressurized shower with water tank for cars fixed in the trunk, inside the car or in the bucket teaches a set, which can be built in different sizes, formats and capacities, formed by a water reservoir, with mouth and cover, a 12 volt electric pump connected by an activation button, a plastic hose, which interconnects the 12 volt electric pump to a hydraulic shower, and a support for fixing the button and for the support of the hydraulic shower. The set, which makes up the present utility model patent, enables car drivers and/or passengers to wash body parts, such as hands, feet, etc., as well as wash objects such as beach chairs, beach huts, bicycles, balls, boards, boxes, tools, etc., before entering the vehicle and/or before placing such objects inside the vehicle, in the trunk of the vehicle and/or in the bucket, reducing dirt inside the car, trunk and/or or bucket caused by earth, clay, sand, dust, grease, etc.

[008] Analyzing the documents cited above and known from the state of the art, as can be seen, none fully presents the constructive characteristics of the thermal box with attached shower object of this patent.

[009] In view of this, over time studies have been carried out to eliminate all these problems and inconveniences and, as a result, this model was developed that allows the design of a new thermal box, through which the possibility of coupling a pressurizer arises with a floating platform, thus obtaining an integrated product with real possibilities for an economical industrialization, minimizing costs, assembly time and labor costs, in addition to a precise assembly effect, with better results and a high safety standard. .

[010] Therefore, this utility model patent aims to provide a new concept in a thermal box, with a revolutionary pressurizer coupled to it, with a floating platform, with pressurized water, a squirt as a household faucet, serving all segments.

[011] The equipment object of this patent offers comfort and convenience wherever the user is: on beaches, fields, work, sports, etc.

[012] The equipment is fully automatic. Just press the squirt trigger, and you already have water with pressure for a quick shower, washing hands, equipment, etc.

[013] The equipment is portable and easy to handle with wheels for transportation.

[014] Finally, the main differential of the object of this patent is that the equipment comprises an unprecedented pressurization system formed by an electrical set powered by a 12V battery where the consumer will have the same or better pressure than in his own residence.

[015] These and other objectives are achieved with a provision that comprises means for pressurizing the water, with autonomy maintained by a lithium battery with charger with bivolt 110/220V power supply, with shower connected to the hydraulic set whose pump pressure rotates around 2.0 to 4.0 bar, also equipped with an electrical outlet for a 12 v cooler and heater for cars and trucks, and can be developed with water heating or refrigeration, consisting of a floating platform for internal sharing, dividing the space between water for bathing and drinks for consumption, this equipment being indicated for all types of people from zero years old, offering no risk, therefore super comfortable and easy to handle.

[016] Considering hygiene in the first place, then, next to the shower, there is a bottle of alcohol-gel and a bottle of shampoo for washing hands. These flask holders are disassembled prior to travel and are very easily placed at the point of use.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[017] To complement this description, in order to obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of the present patent, and in accordance with a preferred practical implementation of the same, a set of drawings is attached, where in an exemplified but not limiting way, the following is represented:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[018] According to the aforementioned figures, and in its details, the present patent consists of a thermal box (1) of parallelepiped shape provided with wheels (18) and telescopic handle (15) for transport, composed at the top by a cover (14) being internally provided by a floating platform (2) with handle (19), and externally by a voltmeter (3) for voltage measurement.

[019] At the base, internally, said thermal box is provided with a water filter (7), interconnected to a pump (11) whose speed is controlled by the variator (5), said pump being powered by the battery (16), said pump being activated by a switch (4), said pump (11) being interconnected by a hose (20) to the shower (8).

[020] In its lower right side, said box (1) is provided with the heater output connector (9), cooler output connector (10), battery charge connector (6).

[021] Adjacent to the shower (8), said thermal box (1) is provided with an alcohol gel dispenser (12), shampoo dispenser (13) coupled to the support (17).

[022] There is no knowledge of a thermal box with attached shower that fully combines all the constructive and functional characteristics reported above, and that directly or indirectly, is or was as effective as the thermal box object of this patent.

[023] It will be evident to those knowledgeable in the field that while describing the preferred embodiment of the constructive arrangement introduced in this object, any modifications and/or alterations must be understood as within the scope of the utility model patent, perfectly fitting the criteria that define it, that is, the combination and modification of already known elements in a new form or arrangement, involving an inventive act, resulting in a functional improvement in its use or manufacture.
