Abstract

En el ámbito de aplicación práctica de la invención, a la hora de llevar a cabo el pintado de determinadas superficies, y dado que los botes de pin tura, barniz y similares no disponen de medios de asido, es habitual que los mismos se depositen de forma inestable en los peldaños de escaleras, po- yetes o similares, con el consecuente riesgo de caída para los mismos, además de disponerse a una distancia demasiado elevada con respecto al usuario, lo que provoca la generación de manchas de pintura o barniz por goteo desde la posición del bote hasta la zona de aplicación del pro ducto. 1 Dispositivo de sujeción para botes de pintura, barniz y similares, carac terizado porque está constituido a partir de una empuñadura (1 ) ergonó- mica, en cuya zona superior se establece un apéndice frontal (2) en el que se define un escalonamiento (3) para apoyo del borde externo de la embo cadura del bote (4) de pintura, barniz o similar una vez abierto, apéndice frontal (2) en cuyo seno es desplazable axialmente un vástago (5) que se remata por su extremo anterior en un gancho o gatillo (6) de enclavamiento a la cara interna de la embocadura del bote (4), con la particularidad de que el vástago (5) se remata por su otro extremo en una rosca (9) complemen taria de una tuerca (7) de ajuste de la distancia entre gatillo (6) y escalona miento (3). 2.- Dispositivo de sujeción para botes de pintura, barniz y similares, según reivindicación 1 §, caracterizado porque la tuerca (7), que juega en una ven tana (8) de la empuñadura (1 ), tuerca (7) por la que es pasante el extremo roscado (9) del vástago (5). 3.- Dispositivo de sujeción para botes de pintura, barniz y similares, según reivindicación 1 §, caracterizado porque la empuñadura (1 ) incorpora medios de protección para los dedos del usuario, tales como un escudo o un semi- escudo (10). 4 Dispositivo de sujeción para botes de pintura, barniz y similares, según reivindicación 1 §, caracterizado porque la empuñadura (1 ) incorpora medios de fijación/estabilización del pincel o brocha (12), tales como una pinza elástica (11 ).
