Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de prélèvement sanguin et un appareil de commande associé, ceux-ci étant applicables dans le domaine des instruments médicaux. Le dispositif de prélèvement sanguin comprend : un premier ensemble micro-aiguille (1) présentant un canal d'administration d'anesthésique; un deuxième ensemble micro-aiguille (2) présentant un canal de prélèvement sanguin; une première structure de déplacement (3) pour entraîner le premier ensemble micro-aiguille (1) en vue d'injecter un anesthésique dans l'épiderme; une deuxième structure de déplacement (4) pour entraîner le deuxième ensemble micro-aiguille (2) en vue de prélever le sang provenant de la peau; et une structure de stockage de sang (5) en communication avec le deuxième ensemble micro-aiguille (2) et utilisée pour stocker le sang prélevé. Dans le dispositif de prélèvement sanguin, un réseau de micro-aiguilles est formé d'une pluralité de micro-aiguilles, présentant un micro-diamètre, distribuées de manière ordonnée, de telle sorte qu'une plaie provoquée par la perforation de la peau par les micro-aiguilles est à l'échelle micrométrique; et pendant le procédé de prélèvement sanguin, la profondeur perforée par les micro-aiguilles peut être régulée avec précision. Lorsque les micro-aiguilles perforent l'épiderme de la peau, l'anesthésique est administré et après l'anesthésie, les micro-aiguilles perforent le derme pour aspirer le sang. Pendant l'ensemble du procédé, un patient ne ressentira pas de douleur, ce qui permet de réaliser un prélèvement sanguin indolore.
