Abstract

L'invention porte sur un décapant de peinture à base de solvant et sur un procédé associé pour enlever de la peinture d'une pièce. Le décapant de peinture à base de solvant est constitué des constituants suivants en parties en poids : de 60 parties à 100 parties d'éther butylique de propanediol, de 10 parties à 30 parties d'acide acétique glacial, de 10 parties à 20 parties d'alcool benzylique, de 5 parties à 20 parties de crésol et de 1 partie à 4 parties d'alkylbenzène sulfonate de sodium. Le procédé pour enlever de la peinture comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer un décapant de peinture à base de solvant ; verser le décapant de peinture dans un réservoir d'élimination de peinture ; immerger une pièce avec de la peinture dans la solution dans le réservoir, peindre une pièce avec un film de peinture plus épais pouvant être ouvert d'abord à l'aide d'un couteau, puis la pièce pouvant être immergée dans le réservoir d'élimination de peinture ; et après un revêtement sur la surface des bulles ou des rides de la pièce, retirer la pièce, et placer la pièce dans de l'eau pour un lavage ou un rinçage, et le revêtement étant séparé de la surface de la pièce. L'acide sulfurique concentré hautement corrosif n'est pas contenu dans le décapant de peinture à base de solvant, ce qui ne génère pas de corrosion sur un substrat ; et au moyen de l'effet d'expansion osmotique, le film de peinture est décollé sous forme de flocons, la vitesse d'enlèvement de peinture est élevée et la durée de vie est longue.
