Claims (5)
- (a)トラネキサム酸及びアスコルビン酸グルコシドから選択される美白剤;
(b)酸化エチレンの平均重合度が4~20のポリエチレングリコール;
(c)0.15質量%以上の水溶性高分子;
(d)ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンアルキル(C18~C28)エーテル及びポリオキシエチレン水添ヒマシ油から選ばれる1種または2種以上;及び、
(e)水を含有し、
