- the moisture content of the waste pulp formed in the present application (03 03 07 coded mechanically separated scraps during the transformation of the waste paper and carton into pulp) is around 40-50% in a dehydration process using only decanter centrifuge and around 70-80% in a dehydration process using filter press.
- condensation and dehydration processes are required in order to eliminate the pulp with low cost.
- Paper pulp dehydration equipment applied for paper industries in our country is mostly decanter centrifuge, and less likely is filter press. Due to the high operating costs, operator need to follow the system and manpower required, enterprises do not prefer filter press application.
- the use of decanter centrifuge has a high initial investment cost. In both applications, the existing pulp of waste paper can not reach the desired efficiency of dryness.

- waste paper pulp from the first stage can be dissolved by adding 1 ton of water to 1 ton of waste paper pulp, then filtered and after that the same process can be applied by joining various chemicals. Then, the product is pressed in the desired thickness, and the recycling of these wastes is achieved.
- the pulp of waste paper has been delivered to the full dryness, it is used as a dry raw material free of moisture content at high calorific value, without having to be mixed with other wastes with very high calorific value.
- This material can also be sold as fuel for combustion in cement factories if desired.

Processus de récupération de pâte à papier usagée à former suite au processus de production de papier dans l'industrie de la production de papier et de carton par sa déshydratation et son séchage, et procédé de fabrication de divers produits avec la matière première obtenue dans ce processus tel qu'une coquille d'œuf, un parquet stratifié, une plaque ondulée, un revêtement de façade, une carte à puce et un produit de remplacement de carte à puce, une plaque de plâtre et un produit de remplacement de plaque de plâtre, ou un meuble tel qu'une table, une chaise, etc.
