Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de gestion centralisée de stationnement extérieur, le procédé consistant : en ce qu'un terminal embarqué déclare, lorsque le véhicule se gare, la position de stationnement et un identifiant de véhicule à une plateforme de convergence d'applications ; en ce que la plateforme de convergence d'applications reconnaît que la position de stationnement est dans une certaine aire de stationnement cible parmi une pluralité d'aires prédéfinies de stationnement extérieur, détermine, en fonction de l'identifiant de véhicule, le type de véhicule du véhicule, détermine, à partir d'un critère de facturation correspondant à l'aire de stationnement cible sur la base du type de véhicule, une règle de facturation correspondant au type de véhicule, et notifie au terminal embarqué de commencer à compter la durée de stationnement ; lorsque le véhicule quitte la place de stationnement, en ce que le terminal embarqué déclare la durée comptée de stationnement à la plateforme de convergence d'applications ; et en ce que la plateforme de convergence d'applications génère une facture en fonction de la durée de stationnement et de la règle de facturation, l'envoie au terminal embarqué, et déduit, d'un compte électrique correspondant au terminal embarqué, des frais de stationnement correspondants en fonction de la facture.
