Abstract

Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'accès destinés à être utilisés avec un canal de bande de fréquence sans licence. Le procédé d'accès destiné à être utilisé avec un canal de bande de fréquence sans licence comprend les étapes suivantes : exécution d'une transmission de données au moyen d'un canal d'une bande de fréquence sans licence auquel on a accédé ; interception d'un état de canal des canaux restants de la bande de fréquence sans licence ; détermination d'un premier canal parmi les canaux restants de la bande de fréquence sans licence en fonction de l'état de canal ; accès au premier canal pour transmettre les données. La solution technique utilisée dans le mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut empêcher sur un canal une interférence avec d'autres dispositifs ou systèmes produite lors d'un accès à un canal de la bande de fréquence sans licence, et permet de commuter rapidement d'autres canaux actifs et d'y accéder pour la transmission, ce qui réduit le retard de transmission tandis que les ressources de canal de la bande de fréquence sans licence sont utilisées raisonnablement.
