Abstract
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method, a production device, and a container which are for a cell-type gas certified reference material and enable the production of a cell-type gas certified reference material having a known predetermined concentration and length value, wherein the cell-type gas certified reference material is a cell type in the form of a sealed container and is manufactured by using a weight method to accurately inject a gas of a predetermined concentration. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method, a production device, and a container for a cell-type gas certified reference material which, due to being produced by such a method, can minimize uncertainty during analysis and maximize the reliability of analysis results. Yet another purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method, a production device, and a container for a cell-type gas certified reference material which, due to being produced in the form described above, enables analysis even in small amounts, can be repeatedly used an unlimited number of times within the expiry date, and allows even adsorptive, toxic, and reactive gasses to be stably analyzed without risk to a human body or to equipment.
