Calculated as the advertisement display time. Further, when receiving an advertisement page acquisition request from the user terminal 6, the advertisement display time may be acquired. In this case, for example, a program that counts the time after the advertisement is displayed on the web page data of the portal site displayed on the user terminal 6 may be incorporated.
- the redirect server 3 After acquiring the advertisement display time, the redirect server 3 executes a landing page determination process in step S402.
- a user who has a short time from the display of an advertisement image to a click operation is likely to be highly interested in the advertisement, and therefore selects a landing page for high interest.
- a user who takes a long time from the display of the advertisement image to the click operation selects the normal landing page because the interest in the advertisement is considered to be general.
- a normal landing page is, for example, a web page that explains the design or usage of a product.
- the landing page for high interest is, for example, a web page explaining the detailed performance and efficacy of the product.
- the advertisement image is a moving image
- the reproduction location in the moving image and the user's click operation are closely related.
- the playback time of a moving image is 15 seconds
- the product name and product image are displayed for 0 to 3 seconds
- the product is used for 3 to 10 seconds.
- Is displayed, and detailed performance information of the product is displayed for 10 to 15 seconds.
- the direction of interest differs depending on the image displayed in the advertisement display area 9 at the time of the click operation, in addition to the fact that the length of the advertisement display time indicates the level of interest in the advertisement. You can also
- a user who clicked 7 seconds after the start of displaying an advertisement image looks at the usage mode of the product and feels that it is “easy to use” and clicked.
- the user who clicked 14 seconds after starting the display of the advertisement image looks at the performance information of the product and feels that “it seems to be highly effective” and clicked.
- the redirect server 3 that has determined the landing page executes the processes of steps S403 and S404 as described above.
- the redirect server 3 that has received the advertisement page acquisition request acquires knowledge as user information in step S401B.
- the degree of knowledge is an index value indicating the amount of knowledge of the user with respect to the field to which the advertisement belongs (for example, baseball equipment).
- the degree of knowledge may be acquired from the user DB 50 or may be calculated using information acquired from the user DB 50 or the like.
- the knowledge level may be quantified in multiple stages such as 0 to 100, for example, or may be quantified in two stages such as presence / absence of knowledge.
- the user's knowledge level may be estimated and calculated from the user's occupation information.
- the degree of knowledge may be calculated based on the degree of interest calculated from the user's browsing history or purchase history. Specifically, if there is a product related to the corresponding field in the purchase history, it is determined that “there is knowledge”.
- step S402 the redirect server 3 executes a landing page determination process according to the degree of knowledge of the user. For example, when the knowledge acquired in the previous step S401B is low, it may be possible to determine the web page of the baseball equipment for beginners as the landing page. In addition, when the degree of knowledge is high, it is conceivable that a web page on which detailed information on baseball equipment is posted is determined as a landing page.
- the redirect server 3 that has determined the landing page subsequently executes the processes of steps S403 and S404.
- the redirect server 3 that has received the advertisement page acquisition request acquires advertisement click frequency information as user information in step S401C.
- the advertisement click frequency information is an index value indicating the frequency (or probability) of clicking the advertisement. This information may be acquired directly from the user DB 50 or may be acquired via the advertisement distribution system 1.
- step S402 the redirect server 3 performs processing for determining a landing page.
- the operation of clicking on this advertisement can be considered as an operation that does not change as usual.
- a user who has a low frequency of clicking an advertisement or a user who has a low probability of clicking an advertisement is likely to be a user who does not usually show interest in the advertisement.
- an advertisement that has been clicked can be considered an advertisement that has shown a high level of interest.
- step S402 a normal landing page is selected for a user who has a high click frequency with respect to an advertisement, and a landing page for high interest is selected for a user who has a low click frequency.
- the redirect server 3 executes the processes of steps S403 and S404.
- the redirect server 3 that has received the advertisement page acquisition request acquires address information as user information in step S401D.
- the address information is address information of the user's home.
- information input by the user may be stored in the user DB 50, or information determined by accumulating GPS (Global Positioning System) information obtainable from the user terminal 6 is stored in the user DB 50. May be.
- GPS Global Positioning System
- the redirect server 3 executes a landing page determination process based on the address information.
- the landing page based on the address information will be specifically described. For example, it is assumed that an advertisement that is a user's click target is “XX electrical store sale information”. Further, it is assumed that the XX electronics store has a plurality of stores, and the sale item at the store A is different from the sale item at the store B. At this time, based on the user's address information, a web page featuring a sale item at the store A closer to the store B than the store B far from the home is set as the landing page. Thereby, since the product which the user who browsed the landing page wanted to purchase is a product sold by the A store that is close in distance, it is easy to lead to purchase of the product.
- the redirect server 3 transmits the landing page information to the user terminal 6 in step S403, and stores the record information in the record DB 53 in step S404.
- the redirect server 3 acquires the user's current location information in step S401E.
- the current location information is transmitted from the user terminal 6 together with the advertisement page acquisition request in step S104.
- the current location information is, for example, information acquired by the user terminal 6 by GPS.
- the redirect server 3 that acquired the current location information executes a process of determining a landing page based on the current location information.
- the web page related to the store located at a distance close to the current location of the user is determined as the landing page.
- the web page as the landing page is the same, and it is also possible to change a part of the content therein to information specialized for the current location information. .
- the landing page is determined based on the user's home address as described in the fourth example, and the user terminal 6 is a portable terminal. As described in the fifth example, the landing page may be determined based on the current location of the user. Thereby, the determination of the appropriate landing page according to the user terminal 6 which the user is using can be performed.
- the redirect server 3 executes the processes of steps S403 and S404.
- the advertisement distribution server 2 that has received the advertisement information distribution request in step S ⁇ b> 102 acquires user information for distributing an optimal advertisement to the user terminal 6. That is, the advertisement distribution server 2 executes a first user information acquisition process in step S303.
- the user information may be acquired from the user DB 50, or the cookie information transmitted from the user terminal 6 together with the advertisement information acquisition request in step S102 may be acquired as user information.
- the user information acquired in the first user information acquisition process is information such as the user's sex and age, for example.
- user information to be acquired in the first user information acquisition process is referred to as first user information.
- the advertisement distribution server 2 executes a process of selecting a distribution advertisement in step S301.
- real-time bidding is performed on the advertisement display area 9, and the advertisement of the advertiser who has made the highest bid is selected.
- information used as a reference for the advertiser to determine the bid amount is the first user information.
- the first web server 5 performs a process of distributing the advertisement information in step S ⁇ b> 302, whereby the advertisement information is displayed in the advertisement display area 9 secured on the user terminal 6.
- the user terminal 6 accepts the selection operation in step S103, and transmits an advertisement page acquisition request to the redirect server 3 in step S104.
- the redirect server 3 executes the second user information acquisition process in step S401F in response to receiving the advertisement page acquisition request.
- the second user information acquired here is more detailed user information than the first user information, and is information used to determine an appropriate landing page that leads to purchase by the user. For example, when the first user information is sex and age, not only the second user information sex and age information but also information such as browsing history and purchase history is added. That is, the second user information is more detailed information than the first user information.
- the redirect server 3 can determine an appropriate web page based on more detailed user information as a landing page in the landing page determination process in the next step S402. Further, since the first user information is simpler information than the second user information, the processing load is reduced as compared to acquiring all of the user information in the first user information acquisition process in step S303. And even if it is simple information, since the delivery advertisement selection process in consideration of the user information is performed in step S301, the user's click probability for the advertisement can be increased, and the useless communication capacity for delivering the advertisement that is not clicked Can be reduced.
- the second user information is more detailed user information than the first user information, but may be information different from the first user information.
- the first user information may be age and gender information
- the second user information may be browsing history and purchase history information.
- the redirect server 3 receives the advertisement page acquisition request based on the user's selection operation (for example, click operation) on the advertisement information presented to the user, and the selection operation has been performed. Accordingly, an information acquisition unit 3b that acquires information about the user who has performed the selection operation and a transition destination determination unit 3c that determines a landing page based on the information about the user are provided.
- user information such as the user's field of interest and age and gender is often considered. And the process which determines an advertisement from user information is often performed before advertisement delivery.
- advertisement information that combines an advertisement image and text information related to the audio device is generated and distributed to the user A. Further, for the user B, advertisement information combining the advertisement image and text information related to the beauty tool is generated and distributed.
- the process for determining the landing page is executed in response to the user performing a selection operation on the advertisement. For example, in a stage where it is not known whether or not the selection operation is performed, the same advertisement image and text information are distributed uniformly to any user as an advertisement related to the campaign of company A. Then, when the user clicks on an advertisement related to the company A campaign, the landing page is determined in consideration of user information and the like for the first time.
- the campaign page for the audio device is determined as the landing page.
- the campaign page for beauty equipment is determined as the landing page. Accordingly, on the screen of the user terminal 6 used by the user, a campaign page corresponding to each category (audio device or beauty equipment) is displayed as a web page displayed after clicking the advertisement. That is, even though the same advertisement is clicked, different web pages selected for each user are displayed on the screen. Thereby, the opportunity to perform the analysis process according to user information can be minimized, and the processing load of the information processing apparatus belonging to the advertisement distribution system 1 can be reduced.
- the information acquisition unit 3b of the redirect server 3 stores information on the elapsed time (advertisement display time) from when the advertisement information is displayed until the selection operation is performed.
- You may acquire as information (user information) about a user.
- a user whose elapsed time from the display of the advertisement information to the selection operation is short is likely to be highly interested in the advertisement information.
- a web page on which detailed product information is written is presented as a landing page.
- a user who has a long elapsed time from the display of the advertisement information to the selection operation is likely not to have a high interest in the advertisement information.
- a web page on which an outline of a plurality of campaign products is described as a landing page For such a user, for example, a web page on which an outline of a plurality of campaign products is described as a landing page. That is, according to this configuration, it is possible to determine an appropriate landing page according to the degree of interest of the user with respect to the advertisement information. Thereby, since an effective landing page is presented to the user who clicked the advertisement information, the advertisement effect can be enhanced.
- the information acquisition unit 3b in the redirect server 3 may acquire information related to the user's knowledge about the category to which the advertisement page belongs as information related to the user.
- the information acquisition unit 3b in the redirect server 3 may acquire information related to the user's knowledge about the category to which the advertisement page belongs as information related to the user.
- a page displayed with the campaign price highlighted is set as the landing page. This makes it possible to set an appropriate landing page according to the user's knowledge.
- the campaign target is set for 30 users who are not familiar with the category of home appliances sold by company A. Select and distribute advertising information for all household appliance categories. At this time, the landing page is not determined. Then, advertisement information is distributed to 70 users who are familiar with the household electrical appliance category sold by Company A after each user has determined a landing page for the household electrical appliance.
- the landing page is determined in consideration of user information and the like.
- the page related to the home appliance that the user is familiar with has already been determined as the landing page, and thus the landing page is displayed on the screen of the user terminal 6.
- the process of determining the landing page is not performed before the selection operation for the advertisement is performed. Therefore, when the selection operation for the advertisement is not performed, the process of determining the landing page is not performed, and thus the processing load of the information processing apparatus belonging to the advertisement distribution system 1 can be reduced.
- the information acquisition unit 3b of the redirect server 3 may acquire information on the frequency or number of times of selection operations for the user's advertisement information as information on the user. .
- a user who has a high frequency and frequency of selection operations for advertisement information is considered to be a user who does not feel much resistance in executing the selection operation for advertisements.
- a user with a low frequency and frequency of selection operations for advertisement information is considered a user who feels resistance to the execution of the selection operation for advertisements.
- a user who feels resistance to the execution of the selection operation on the advertisement performs the selection operation, it is considered that the interest in the advertisement information is extremely high.
- information acquisition part 3b of redirect server 3 may acquire a user's address information as information about a user. For example, when there is a campaign product sold at the X store of the company A and a campaign product sold at the Y store of the company A, it may be difficult to purchase one of the campaign products depending on the location of the store.
- the web page based on a user's address information is determined as a landing page. For example, for a user who can easily visit the X store and difficult to visit the Y store, the campaign page of the X store is determined as the landing page. Thereby, when a user selects an advertisement, appropriate information provision in consideration of a user's store visit can be performed.
- the information acquisition unit 3b of the redirect server 3 may acquire the user's current location information as information about the user. For example, when a selection operation for advertisement information is performed on the user terminal 6 as a mobile terminal such as a smartphone, according to the present configuration, a landing page corresponding to the user's current location information is determined. Specifically, when there is a campaign product sold at the X store of the company A and a campaign product sold at the Y store of the company A, the campaign page related to the store closer to the user's current location is determined as the landing page. Thereby, when a user selects an advertisement at the place of going out, appropriate information provision considering the user's store visit can be performed.
- step S402 an example in which one of user information is used in the process of determining a landing page to be presented to the user terminal 6 (step S402) has been described. Good.
- the redirect server 3 obtains information on “user's field of interest” and “advertising click frequency”, and executes landing page determination processing using these user information in step S402.
- this determination process for example, it is assumed that the fields A, B, and C are extracted as fields in which the user is highly interested.
- the advertisement click frequency of the user is 10%, 30%, and 5% for each field A, B, and C, respectively.
- the landing page is determined by focusing on the field B that is frequently clicked on the advertisement.
- the determined web page is determined as the landing page. Thereby, possibility that a more preferable landing page for a user will be shown can be raised. Of course, the same effect can be obtained even if the landing page is determined using three or more types of user information.
- the program according to the embodiment is a program that causes the arithmetic processing unit (CPU or the like) of the redirect server 3 to execute various processes.
- the program according to the embodiment causes the arithmetic processing device to execute a reception function for receiving an advertisement page acquisition request based on a selection operation of the user with respect to advertisement information presented to the user.
- the arithmetic processing device in response to the selection operation being performed, is caused to execute an information acquisition function for acquiring information regarding the user who has performed the selection operation.
- the arithmetic processing unit is caused to execute a transition destination determination function for determining a landing page based on information about the user. That is, the program executes the processes in steps S401 through S404 in FIG. 8, the processes in steps S401A through S404 in FIG. 9, the processes in steps S401B through S404 in FIG. 13 is a program for executing the processes of steps S401C to S404, the processes of steps S401D to S404 of FIG. 12, the processes of steps S401E to S404 of FIG. 13, and the processes of steps S401F to S404 of FIG.
