- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的触控面板,其中,所述第一触控电极和所述第二触控电极包括氧化铟锡;所述第一透明绝缘层和所述第二透明绝缘层包括透明树脂。
- 一种触控面板的制造方法,其中,所述方法包括:在衬底基板上形成第一触控电极和第二触控电极;其中,所述第一触控电极位于所述衬底基板的中央区域,所述第二触控电极位于所述衬底基板的边缘区域。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,在所述衬底基板上形成所述第一触控电极和所述第二触控电极包括:在所述衬底基板的所述中央区域上形成所述第一触控电极;在所述第一触控电极和所述衬底基板上形成第一透明绝缘层;在所述衬底基板的所述边缘区域上的所述第一透明绝缘层上形成所述第二触控电极。
- 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其中,所述第二触控电极为条状电极。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述条状电极在沿着其延伸方向的两端处的宽度不同。
- 根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的方法,还包括形成控制单元,其中,所述第一触控电极和所述第二触控电极均与控制单元相连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,在所述衬底基板的中央区域上形成所述第一触控电极包括:在所述衬底基板上形成所述第一触控电极和第一电极线,所述第一触控电极通过所述第一电极线连接至所述控制单元;并且其中,在所述衬底基板的所述边缘区域上的所述第一透明绝缘层上形成所述第二触控电极包括:在所述第一透明绝缘层上形成所述第二触控电极和第二电极线,所述第二触控电极通过所述第二电极线连接至所述控制单元。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述第一触控电极包括交叉隔离设置的驱动电极和感应电极;所述第一电极线包括驱动线和感应线,所述驱动线将所述驱动电极连接至所述控制单元,所述感应线将所述感应电极连接至所述控制单元;在所述衬底基板上形成所述第一触控电极和所述第一电极线包括:在所述衬底基板上形成所述驱动电极和所述驱动线;在所述驱动电极和所述驱动线上形成第二透明绝缘层;在所述第二透明绝缘层上形成所述感应电极和感应线。
- 一种触控显示装置,其中,所述触控显示装置包括:根据权利要求1至9任一所述的触控面板。
