  • This new middle layer can also hold solids that become liquid at room temperature or when subjected to heat, such as heat from pressure or heat from the human body - so no loss of liquid when in packaging. [57] In another embodiment, this middle layer can also receive additional liquid through openings where narrow, hollow, needle like implements (dispensing tips) can push additional liquids into the spongey layer.
  • additional small non porous pockets between layer 12 and the new spongey middle layer (and/or between the sponger middle layer and layer 30) could be used to contain liquids that can be easily ruptured using pressure from inserting the hand into the glove and/or squeezing hand into fist - these pockets are only small (so as not to affect breathability) and are scattered at various points in the glove where additional moisture is required and where the liquid can be easily dispersed, via pressure and gravity, over the hand e.g. finger tips & joints, knuckles, palms.
  • an additional thin, non-porous temporary barrier layer between layer 12 and the new spongey middle layer (and/or between sponger middle layer and layer 30) could be used to stop liquids in the spongey middle layer from being released prematurely - this temporary barrier layer can then be easily ruptured using pressure from inserting the hand into the glove and/or squeezing the hand into a fist, when the glove is ready to be used.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un gant de traitement de la peau (10) comprenant des première et seconde couches identiques en forme de main (12a) et (12b), qui sont liées l'une à l'autre au niveau de leurs périphéries communes (14), hormis une partie manchon (16) qui délimite l'ouverture de gant (18). Les couches (12) sont chacune constituées d'un film plastique poreux à mailles fines qui, selon le mode de réalisation, est constitué d'un matériau en feuille de polyéthylène (PE). Le matériau en feuille possède des micro-ouvertures espacées dans un motif de trou symétrique qui offre des taux de perméabilité précis. Lors de l'utilisation, un utilisateur souffrant d'une peau sèche ou d'un eczéma ou qui souhaite améliorer l'aspect de sa peau met l'hydratant et/ou les crèmes topiques souhaités sur ses mains, puis porte le gant de traitement de la peau (10) sur les mains hydratées. Le gant de traitement de la peau (10) est perméable à l'air, ce qui permet à la peau des mains de respirer ; et, en même temps, le gant de traitement de la peau (10) maintient le niveau d'hydratant appliqué sur la peau des mains pendant une période plus longue par rapport à l'état de la technique. Selon une éventuelle modification, le gant de traitement de la peau (10c) comprend une couche de tissu perméable à l'air externe supplémentaire (30). La couche de tissu perméable à l'air (30) est également en forme de gant et constituée d'un matériau approprié tel que le coton, le bambou, etc.
