Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage intégré à un panneau tactile entièrement intégré qui peut minimiser la différence dans les résistances de câblage de lignes de signal pour fournir des signaux à une électrode commune et ainsi homogénéiser la capacité auxiliaire dans une zone d'affichage et résoudre le problème d'inégalité d'affichage ou similaire. Le dispositif d'affichage intégré à un panneau tactile comprend : une pluralité d'électrodes de pixel formées sur un substrat de matrice active 1; une pluralité d'électrodes communes 21 qui créent une capacité avec la pluralité d'électrodes de pixel; un dispositif de commande 20 disposé sur le substrat de matrice active 1 et générant un signal de commande pour la pluralité d'électrodes communes; et une pluralité de lignes de signal 22 qui connectent le dispositif de commande 20 à chacune de la pluralité d'électrodes communes 21. Chaque ligne de signal 22b, 22c, et 22d parmi la pluralité de lignes de signal 22 qui est connectée à une électrode commune à l'exclusion de l'électrode commune la plus éloignée du contrôleur 20 comprend une partie pliée 22b1, 22c1 ou 22d1 dans une région où l'électrode commune est formée.
