Dans les formules, Ri1 et Ri2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe alcényle contenant 2 à 8 atomes de carbone ; et Rii1 et Rii2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe alkyle contenant 1 à 8 atomes de carbone.
