- the reserve acidity measurement as used herein is based upon titration (at standard temperature and pressure) of a 1 percent product solution in distilled water to an end point of pH 7.00, using standardized NaOH solution. Without being limited by theory, the reserve acidity measurement is found to be the best measure of the acidifying power of a composition, or the ability of a composition to provide a target acidic wash pH when added at high dilution into tap water, as opposed to pure or distilled water.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition détergente de lessive liquide qui comprend : a) de 20 % à 40 % en poids de la composition d'un système tensioactif, le système tensioactif comprenant un premier tensioactif non ionique (A), un second tensioactif non ionique (B), et des tensioactifs anioniques ; b) de 0,1 % en poids à 20 % en poids d'alcool polyhydrique en C2-C6 ; c) un agent de blanchiment ou un système enzymatique; d) un agent de régulation du pH, la composition ayant un pH net compris entre 2 et 7 ; et la composition ayant une viscosité supérieure à 200 000 cps, mesurée à 1s"1 à 20 degrés centigrades.
