It is to be understood that these references refer to the orientation of the support device 1 in its intended use, in which it should be fastened in an upright position at its lowermost end, the opposite upper end 2b extending upwards. The references are however also intended to describe the mutual positions of the support device, regardless of how the support device is oriented. It is to be understood that the support device, in conformity with a mug or a tree, has an inherit upper end and lower end, which appears logic to a person skilled in the art of roof equipment.

Further, in the shown specific embodiment, the inner portion 12 of the second upper end section 6 immediately below the recess 1 1 extends inwards to overlap the radial extension of the outermost part of the wheel 8.
- the second upper end section 6 of the support device 1 may include a lip 13 that is provided immediately above the recess 1 1 , which lip 13 extends inwards to overlap the radial extension of the outermost part of the wheel 8.
- the lip 13 is arranged to hold the position of the wheel 8, i.e. to prevent the spokes 9 of the wheel 8 from bending upwards. Further, the lip 13 may assist in preventing the cable from leaving the opening 7. If the cable were to be pulled upwards when the wheel is out of position, i.e.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de support (1) permettant de supporter un câble de sécurité (20), le dispositif de support comprenant une feuille métallique (2) comportant une extrémité supérieure (2a) et une extrémité inférieure opposée (2b). La feuille métallique (2) comprend, au niveau de son extrémité inférieure (2b), une partie de fixation (3) agencée pour être fixée à une structure, au niveau de son extrémité supérieure (2a), une découpe (4) entre une première section terminale supérieure (5) et une deuxième section terminale supérieure opposée (6), la découpe (4) définissant une ouverture (7) orientée vers le haut par rapport à la feuille métallique (2), l'ouverture (7) étant agencée pour recevoir un câble tendu et une roue (8) comprenant une pluralité de rayons (9), la roue (8) étant fixée, de façon à pouvoir tourner, à la première section terminale supérieure (5). La roue (8) est agencée pour s'étendre vers la deuxième section terminale supérieure (6), recouvrant ainsi l'ouverture (7) de la feuille métallique (2) et enfermant, lors du fonctionnement, le câble tendu, où les rayons (9) de la roue (8) sont agencés avec des espaces (10) entre eux, lesquels espaces (10) sont dimensionnés de sorte qu'un mousqueton ou un dispositif similaire agencé autour du câble puisse être placé dans l'un desdits espaces (10) lors du fonctionnement et déplacé le long du câble d'une extrémité de la feuille métallique (2) à l'autre extrémité de la feuille métallique (2) par rotation de la roue (8), et où la deuxième section terminale supérieure (6) s'étend vers le haut en direction de la périphérie de la roue (8), ce qui forme un bord extérieur de l'ouverture (7) empêchant le câble tendu de sortir de l'ouverture.
