Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lower body exercise device for a swivel chair, and more specifically, to a coupling device that can be combined or detached by a simple operation of the exercise device equipped with a pressure lever to strengthen the leg muscle strength to the support pillar of the swivel chair widely used for work
- the pressure lever is installed to be divided into both sides in the range of the shoulder width to perform the lower body exercise suitable for the user while maintaining a stable balance, and also to facilitate the storage after using the exercise equipment to exhibit the function of the swivel chair. It relates to a lower body movement device for a swivel chair.
- a rotary chair having a seat plate rotatably installed on an upper portion of a support shaft having a plurality of casters in order to provide convenience for short distance movement and direction change to a worker working in a chair.
- the swivel chair Apart from the convenience of the swivel chair, most people who work for a long time in the chair realize the fatigue caused by lack of exercise. Accordingly, the swivel chair can be exercised frequently to recover fatigue while working on the chair. Or technology has been proposed that the chair is equipped with various types of exercise equipment.
- the conventional exercise device for attaching a chair of Patent No. 10-1025293 includes a frame fixed to a leg or a seat of a chair, a pedal unit for causing an exercise effect, an eddy current brake, a first speed increasing unit and a second speed increasing unit. It is designed to allow lower body exercise through the act of turning a pedal. It allows users to adjust the exercise load and to compactly configure the size of exercise equipment so that it can be used in a narrow space such as a desk or a table. I would have to.
- Rotating chair legs equipped with the exercise device of Patent No. 10-1204172 which has been proposed as another example of the related art, is configured to be coupled to the bottom of the seat of the rotating chair by installing a step exercise device and a waist rotation exercise device on the rotating chair leg.
- a step exercise device and a waist rotation exercise device on the rotating chair leg.
- the swivel chair it is configured to move the position of the seat to enable step movement or waist rotation movement from time to time.
- the above technique has a problem that the structure and operation are very complicated in the process of disassembling, combining, and modifying the pedestal, and the step movement mechanism and the waist rotation movement mechanism are completely supported by the freely movable chair legs. If you could not lean on a separate object, lose center of gravity or balance while exercising with the equipment, there was a risk of falling and losing your support.
- the conventional exercise equipment as described above can be installed only when a fastening element such as a bolt hole or a shaft hole for fixing the exercise equipment to the leg portion of the chair and the rotating shaft and the seat plate is already used. There was a problem that the installation was extremely limited or impossible.
- the exercise equipment used to be mounted on the chair of another conventional example disclosed in Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0029822 is an exercise equipment that is used by being mounted on a chair assembly shaft of an existing office chair seat, after separating the chair leg and the seat. In the center of the leg of the chair, the storage rack and the storage box are seated, and the assembly shaft of the left base is inserted through the center hole of the storage box to complete the assembly.
- the interior of the storage box is divided into three to four parts, and different kinds of exercise equipments are installed. Exercising only the exercise equipment needed in the state is to exercise.

- the chair frame for fixing and attaching the lower body movement device has a variety of specifications for each manufacturer, as well as the shape of the support shaft to the floor and the support leg to the floor rotatably supporting the saddle is different.
- the attachment was very difficult but also the attachment was extremely limited.
- the present invention has been invented in view of the problems of a conventional exercise device attached to a swivel chair, the object of which can be easily installed without regard to the specifications of the support pillar that rotatably supports the swivel chair, the strength of both legs It is to provide a lower body exercise device for the swivel chair that can effectively strengthen the muscle strength of the leg while maintaining a stable balance by placing a pair of pressure levers to be applied to the range of the shoulder width in consideration of the movement characteristics of the human body. .
- the present invention is provided with a chute sliding slider coupled to go forward to the front, and is connected to the rib in a state divided in both sides in parallel in the range of the shoulder width, to be coupled to the support pillar of the swivel chair
- a pair of frames provided with a bracket having a hemisphere groove connected by a pin shaft and an auxiliary bracket corresponding thereto;
- a pressure lever installed at a point in time at which the elastic force of the elastic spring is applied while the pin shaft is rotated from the front end of the slider;
- a support that is installed at the lower portion of the pressure lever so as to be folded and unfolded as a starting point to stably support the lower end of the pressing lever while touching the ground;
- a plurality of coupling holes each having a different distance from the pin shaft at the upper end of the pressure lever, and are detached by a bolt shaft to apply a force of a leg in a state in which the pressure lever is raised in one of the coupling holes.
- Possibly installed pedals Characterized by
- Such lower body exercise device for a swivel chair of the present invention can be attached and detached easily and conveniently without regard to the type of the swivel chair, and after the exercise is stored in a state immersed in the upper position of the caster provided in the chair It is possible to dismiss any concerns about disability or inconvenience that may affect the activities of the chair and those around you.
- a pair of pressure levers that apply the force of both legs are arranged in the range of the shoulder width in consideration of the movement characteristics of the human body so that it is possible to exercise in a stable and balanced state, and the physique of the person using the chair According to the ease of adjustment of the pressing force can significantly increase the exercise effect in a safe state.
